Electric chargers were not working. Impossible to charge on site. It was my second time in this IBIS and electric chargers were not functioning both time.

There must be a sewerage leak as the smell in the room was awful . Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really poor. No gluten free bread available despite being told at check in it wasn’t a problem. Offered some long life sweet cakes. Coffee was also poor. There was no hot food left and when requested was told it would be 10 minutes. We were going to stay the following night in the Ibis Como but changed our mind due to this poor experience
