Walking distance from airport terminal (10 mins) but also meters from tram stop Parc Phoenix for those with more luggage. Very friendly staff on reception and helpful. 2 lifts ensured negligible wait time even for us on the top, 7th floor. Good breakfast albeit was extremely busy on one day, fully occupied by all accounts but on the other two day there was a very pleasant atmosphere and good food options that all looked fresh. Approx 20 mins by tram to Jean Medicin stop for easy access to central/old Nice town but is walkable along the prom and approx 5 km. Room we had was very quiet and in our experience of other hotels in Nice, a welcome bonus.. many others often impacted by much street noise.
