I've stayed at the hotel for many nights in the last six months. The hotel is in a very good location for the airport and offices at Grand Arenas. There is onsite parking and the tram to the center of Nice or the airport is at most five minutes walk. The room is very comfortable and extremely clean. For a three star hotel the bathroom is a good size. What really makes the hotel special is the staff. All the staff are both friendly and efficient. The front desk staff are amazingly friendly, efficient and diligent. I would truly like to thank (in alphabetical order) Lea, Lisa, Yasmin, Alexander, Antoine. The front desk manager Giles has created a really effective front desk, hired great people and is really helpful to work with. The breakfast is very good for a three star hotel. Yaan who works at breakfast is very friendly and helpful. Sasha the assistant manager is also very friendly and helpful as is Even the general manager. He has created a great team of people who make the hotel run really well and are very friendly too. If your expectations are for a very good three star hotel this hotel will surpass anything you would expect.

I enjoyed my stay. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with everything very fresh. The location is also great. There are trams and buses near by.
