Well located close to the airport, the station and well connected to the city center by the tramway. Large rooms, very clean everywhere, very quiet and many facilities than expected for a 3 star hotel: swimming pool, free filtered water, coffee, tea, pastries, popcorn in the evening. Great breakfast and a wonderful helpful staff, ready to assist with everything. A special mention for Kaoutar and Hugo at the front desk.

I have stayed a number of times in the Accor hotels over the years, and staff are always exceptional. However, upon checking in and accessing our rooms, the second room had not been prepared, beds weren’t made. Of course, I was given another room, however, this time the shower head adjuster was broken and so could not raise it up to the necessary height to take a shower.

Easy check-in, wonderful rooms; I WAS disppointed that the pool was not open.
