I recently completed a one-week stay with my son, and while the hotel offers several excellent conveniences, the customer service fell short of professional expectations.Location & AmenitiesConvenience: The hotel's location is excellent, situated right next to the Cap 3000 mall, the beach, and the train station, making regional travel incredibly easy.Facilities: My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel pool. We also appreciated the sustainable touch of provided filtered water and the guest accessibility to a shared refrigerator for food storage.Accommodations: While functional, the guest room felt a bit too confined and cramped when traveling with a child.DiningBreakfast: The morning buffet was highly repetitive. The selection remained identical every day and lacked variety or premium options.Staff & Customer ServiceFront Desk Issues: The standard of hospitality from certain team members requires attention. In particular, an older gentleman at the front desk was consistently dismissive and unhelpful. Simple requests for assistance were met with unprofessional body language and an unwelcoming demeanor.Language & Professionalism Barriers: On multiple occasions, staff members openly gossiped about me in French, assuming I could not understand them. This occurred both in the lobby and during breakfast. Speaking disparagingly about guests in their presence is entirely unacceptable.Standout Staff: Conversely, my stay was greatly improved by a few exceptional team members. Mickael, Dorin, and the dark-haired breakfast hostess were incredibly warm, professional, and helpful. They truly made our stay worthwhile.Conclusion: This property has great structural potential and a prime location, but management should implement comprehensive customer service training to ensure all staff maintain a respectful and welcoming environment.
