We had a truly wonderful experience at the Ibis Styles Cap 3000! The room was great with everything we needed BUT the staff was incredible! We cannot say enough about how kind and accommodating everyone was, however, one particular person stands out as being exceptional! Lena in reception, went far above and beyond what anyone could ask of her. I had carelessly left my wife's Iphone in the room safe, an oversight which we did not discover until we received notification from Lena on our arrival back in Canada. During the course of the past three plus weeks Lena has been amazing in ensuring that our Iphone was returned safely to us. Our most sincere thanks, Lena!

The overall stay was OK. Pros: room is clean and appears to be new or well maintained (shower is sparkling). Well sound proofed - you cannot hear anything from other rooms or outside. Check-in/Check-out are quick. You can get your invoice by email which came very quick. The front desk lady at time of check-out was nice and friendly. Cons: room was way to warm when I came in. Even by switching off the heating system, opening the window (which opens just A. few centimeters) it was still too warm and made the first night difficult. Wi-fi is sometimes stopping. No kettle in the bedroom. Room A. bit small for A. 3* hotel. Breakfast is OK but on the down size (for example no scrambled eggs. Just hard boiled eggs you have to boil yourself). Front desk team of the evening are not as smiling or friendly as the morning's lady.
