Great check-in experience staff were lovely, room was very basic. They had everything you needed, but it was lacking in comfort. The room we had on the ground floor was adjacent to the car park and all night it was very noisy with Cars and car alarms going off. Unfortunately, also had sheet thin walls could hear all the other rooms doors closing first thing in the morning! Terrible pillows. Overall I would say this is a 3.5 star hotel.
