Friendly staff, great location next to Cap 3000 and beach. Airport shuttle very useful! Great hygiene.

Close from the airport, on the sea front and despite the confinement they did the job very well. Super restaurant and all the staff were super. The rooms were very quiet and clean. Nice TV, welcome drink, all good. Thank you to make us welcome.

Close to some very nice restaurants and close to Cap3000 to do some nice shopping! :)

The rooms needs depserately refurbishment. Maids are doing great job, the rooms are clean. The lobby and the rstaurant is already refurbished, it looks great. The location is very good, close to the beachm next to a big mall. The parking is free. Hand sanitizers were out last 2 days at the elevator and at the entry, I asked the receptionist to fill them but nothing happened - 2020 COVID period... There are no umbrellas at the pool which is a huge disadvantage because you cannot hide from the sun and from the danger of the melanoma :(

We love this place❤️❤️🍷🍷. We were here already for the 4th time and it feels like home-away-from-home! The perfect location directly next to the shopping mall CAP 3000 and just a 2 minute walk to the beach and coastline makes it a superb choice for us and we will surely come back. But: The rooms & bathrooms are old and really need renovation so badly. It is clean, but old & used and really should be renovated soon! Most especially the air system in the bathroom ... when you tske a normal shower, the air should not be that bad as it is ...the staff is very friendly and helpful, most especially Christine and the FO-Team, but also the housekeeping and restaurant ... except of one criticism: The staff has to be more strict with the guests wearing the facemask when they are going to the breakfastbuffet ... too many guests who did not and they didn‘t do something about it, otherwise they are risking a lockdown and the health of all the guests and staff! Pls.be more strict with the rules in the pandemic for the best of everybody. Still we will comeback, because we love this place! Merci Beaucoup for wonderful vacation.

In general I like this hotel, which I have stayed at several times. But there could be some improvements. In particular the quality of the beds are poor: much too soft. In addition there is only one class of room. Why not allow the user to select the better rooms (on an upper floor over looking the pool) at a modest increase in cost. Although I am an Accor Silver Card holder I never get allocated these better rooms, even if I book a long time in advance.

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Kids & parents were running amok at night in the play area outside the bedrooms. Footballs were being kicked into windows & adults were also playing table tennis at 11.30pm at night & the hotel did NOTHING to stop them. Indeed when I went to complain the overnight receptionist had left the hotel to collect guests from the airport & no staff were available at all to address the matter. When the receptionist returned she told me all she could do was change my room. The noise was simply shocking & Novotel clearly run a BIG risk in asking the night receptionist to undertake airport collections and leave the hotel guests totally vulnerable should a major issue occur. The 2 beds I slept in were damp & musty & the bedsheets were to small & to tuck under the matress. The air conditioning was not effective so all in all an attrocious night sleeps was experienced All receptionists were SIMPLY USELESS. If you asked for anything you were pushed off. No towels for the swimming pool were available & Covid was regularly used as a fallback. The night receptionist never reported my complaint & the head receptionist in the morning just told me it should never have happened. I have stayed here on previous occasion (past review completed) but NEVER again. In all my business & leisure travel have I encountered such a wantant disregard for guests and refusal to address issues.

After going to this hotel for maybe 15 years, its seems that the hotel guest has become the second class guest. For instance, people attending the day congresses use up the parking spaces that are supposedly for guests. If we are out for the day, when we arrive in the afternoon there is no room for us.

Delightful hotel close to nice airport and large shopping mall which is in the process of been extended. The rooms are comfortable providing Tv internet coffe and tea making facilities and a safe. There is a modern bar and restaurant in the lobby and a lovely swimming pool. S short walk from the hotel is the beach and promonade that leads to the marina which is lined with restaurants and bars.

An ideal base for sightseeing and shopping good parking facilities short walk to Cap 3000 designer outlet pool was inviting easy access from Auto route would be happy to recommend this hotel close to airport but never heard an aircraft in three days

Water Dripping in bathroom distributing sleep all night!! Kids refuse to use leaky bathrooms ! Hotel says it is water from air conditioning unit. Restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. Avg experience for a 4 star hotel!
