Disappointed by the receptionist's poor welcome. No hello, unfriendly.

For your information, you booked rooms at family rate but connecting rooms are not guaranteed in the offer. We had no rooms available when you arrived, however we put you in two adjoining rooms, one of which was an upgrade. Having stayed in 3 Accor properties in France over the last couple of months I’m yet again amazed at how average the experience is for a platinum member . No acknowledgment of status , no benefits , no value at all for being a loyal member . Being Australian and spending a lot of time in Europe , the comparison is chalk and cheese . Asia PAC gets customer service , Europe is clueless . Maybe it’s home base arrogance.
