The overall experience was negative. We stayed at the neighboring Novotel for the same price. The room at the other hotel was larger and more comfortable for the same price. There was no airport transfer; the staff said you had to book it in advance. The neighboring hotel offers a transfer; you can just ask at reception, even though it's much closer. Your staff refused to call a taxi. The only positive is the hotel's good location near a shopping center and the sea.
