A great hotel with great location. Huge shopping centre and a long stretch of promenade with good resturant. Easy access of trams, bus and railways to Nice old town, Eze village and Monaco. It would be good if the breakfast - Bacon, hotdogs can be kept warm on the buffet table.

Friendly staff. Just not satisfied with the timing of the late check out. Wanted to stay until 5:30pm and had to pay a full night

The location of the hotel is great, near to the mall, beach, bus station, all you need. Also the space is very clean, the staff very helpful and lind. Everyone there made our stay absolutely amazing. Thank you!

We had a really happy holiday at the Novotel. My husband has late stage cancer and this was a way to cheer him up a bit. The staff were so nice, the room immaculate, a very comfy bed and lovely treats in the fridge and very quiet. Reception were very welcoming and it was very good to have the shuttle service to and from the airport. We weren't able to walk far but we loved spending some time by the pool and the shopping centre being right next door was invaluable. We bought some great food and treats there. As this was our last holiday together we were a little apprehensive buy we needn't have worried. Thank you to all the staff for being so charming, helpful and friendly.
