Disappointing Shuttle Service and Poor Communication

Our stay at this hotel was marred by an incredibly frustrating experience with their shuttle service. We waited for over an hour past midnight with our family, despite being promised that the shuttle would arrive within minutes. To make matters worse, the hotel staff stopped answering our calls after initially assuring us the shuttle was on its way. This level of poor communication and unreliability is unacceptable. We will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel to others.

We returned to the Cap 3000 after visiting a few times previously; it has since been refurbished and improved. We were very impressed with the new rooms and upgraded public areas. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and we felt very relaxed here. The new breakfast room and bar area is clean and modern with a small but sufficient breakfast offering and always nice to eat on the outdoor terrace in the morning. Close to all amenities, bars, gorgeous restaurants, train station and bus stops. Liked the new outdoor furniture and pool loungers- just missing some parasols especially when we stayed in July! We have stayed here at least 5 times over the years and always very happy, thank you Novotel!

This was our 8th stay since 2013. Once again the location and facilities worked really well for us. Good to be able to use the pool given the beaches were closed for swimming.
