Staff, facilities and room very good.

This hotel is located near the beach and a large number of restaurants. Its also very useful if you have an early morning flight from the airport.

Good bed, good parking space, good breakfast, good location and good (Air FRance) rate.

My room was close to the conference rooms. A bit too loud. Room was clean, refrigerator was not cooling really. Breakfast was ok, but a bit too less selection. Not enough sockets in the room to charge my devices. Pillow a bit too hard.

An overall good experience, ruined by errors with our bill, which caused us to miss our booked airport shuttle, and we were then told that we would have to walk to the airport - 30 minutes with heavy bags.

Very friendly staff and good service. The hotel itself and its facilities are poor.

After going to this hotel for maybe 15 years, its seems that the hotel guest has become the second class guest. For instance, people attending the day congresses use up the parking spaces that are supposedly for guests. If we are out for the day, when we arrive in the afternoon there is no room for us.

Everything ok but please invest a couple of euros more in the eggs you serve for breakfast, but at least 02 eggs and no more 03 (cage chicken), is not acceptable for a brand like yours. Thanks

We waited nearly 30 mins for the shuttle. I was told the shuttle was coming by the lady on duty saturday 28th in the morning. I rang again and the gentleman asked me what flight I was on. I had arrived by car. The shuttle then arrived in 10 minutes. I had forgotten my adaptor to use my UK phone charger. I asked at reception if I could borrow and was told no. I then went all round Cap 3000 looking to buy one. On return to the room I charged my phone using the usb port. Why wasn't this mentioned? We booked late check out and our room keycard was cancelled early. There was a general lack of organisation. Disappointing as we have had so many good stays in the past. Not sure if we will return.

For me the best part of the hotel are the staff, I had some questions before my arrival I was smoothly assisted with. All staff speak great English. Love the airport shuttle and of course as mentioned above location. Most airport hotels have nothing around in form of shops/ restaurants. I was able to get early check in and an upgraded room incl nespresso machine. lovely touch as I was arriving from a very long overnight trip. Rooms and bathrooms are a little outdated. It would be nice if Novotel in general moved away from the foam mattresses as they tend to be uneven and spongy due often to one sided use.

Perfunctory stay. Would not choose if not for airport location. Rooms getting more tired.
