I was a little worried when I read some of the reviews but I really couldn’t fault anything. All the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned every day and the communal areas were well maintained. The location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again

It was ok. The AC worked well, the breakfast we good with nice selection, really no complaints. The staff at the reception was nice. Getting to the parking for the first time was very confusing. I couldn't use the EV charging as the receptionist told me there is none at the hotel and I need to use the shopping mall close by or on the street, despite some AC charger being there on the right side of the main hotel entry. The corridors were a bit smelly because of the carpet I think. The room cleaning was done daily but not always correctly, for example one day only the main bed was done while the additional sofa remained undone. Sometimes not all the drinks were restocked.

The facilities are a bit dated in places. Overall, however, it’s clean and in a good location, close to the beach promenade, the shopping center, and the airport near Nice.

We stayed over one night after landing the day before. We had our little boy with us and they had left a little goodie box in the room for him with games a teddy and snacks, excellent touch. Pool area was great for him, restaurant and overall general decor all looked either new or well kept.

The room was not ready late in the afternoon. The reception lady offered some drinks. After having enough more than an hour later it still took another ten minutes. The English used by the stuff is rude to be honest, the same experience as my son had in Paris last Winter also Novotel. We are living in an international world and should behave correctly. The second day the room was not cleaned. Ordered with the flag.

I was very surprised at the condition of the room. Heavily stained carpet. Very basic bed covering. It bore little resemblance to the images displayed.

Was really frustrated to get to the hotel after the check in time to then have to wait another hour until the room was ready. We had just gotten off a 6 hour train ride and it was not a great way to start the evening. Then in the morning, we were trying to leave at 8am to get to the airport and apparently there is only one lift. I had to wait on my floor with no AC for all the service employees to load up. I was calling the lift for like 15 minutes and every time it would stop on my floor, it was filled with service carts and no one seemed to care that they were keeping guests from being able to leave. I could not take the stairs as I had luggage and a stroller with two small kids. When I finally got downstairs, the shuttle driver was really frustrated with me for making him wait. Again, not a great start to my families 26 hour trip home …

I attended a 5 day conference: the hotel provides good support and conference rooms, pleasant terrace and pool. The bar includes no-alcohol options and is available almost any time. Large tv and workspace facilites in lounge. Nearby huge shopping mall, beach and marina. Free airport shuttle.
