The hotel staff were very friendly, and dining at the restaurant felt reassuring. Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient. Check in was confusing as staff did not give full details re carpooling. Facilities in the room were good although the layout was impractical. Restaurant good and as were the communal spaces. Check out good
