This hotel is in a great location as it is a short 5-10 min walk to the airport...safe walk across the road and easy access.This is a very nice hotel...friendly staff and a very comfortable double bed and a nice sized room. Electric bike rentals are normally parked across the road at the bus stop and they can be booked out via an APP. A very safe cycle down to the main promenade area of Nice along a bicycle lane..I would highly recommend. The only negative things I don't like abut the hotel, which are very minor is the fact that the shower tray underfoot is very slippy...no rubber mat etc and secondly is the window opens a small bit but there is glass in front of that so not really fresh air. Apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed here twice and I'm sure I will stay again. It is better to book via the APP and even cheaper with a discount if you are a member and have a login. Other sites have a very high Tax and service charge..better to book direct !

The hotel is just a 5 min walk from T1 terminal of the airport. It's well located in terms of a tram or a train station, which is also 6-7 min walk to take you to the city centre or even to other nearby towns. The room temperature was hot for our linking, so we were promptly provided with a table fan, and we were assured it would be sorted soon. The hotel lobby has a kids' gaming arcade that can keep them engaged for a good amount of time.

We survived 2 nights in the very hot room even though the AC was on. No ventilation in the toilet and bathroom which was suffocating. We would not consider this hotel for our next trip.
