The hotel is very nice and well located. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and pleasant, and all the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel. However, we had a significant problem related to parking. Since we were traveling in a van, we could not use the hotel’s parking garage because of the height restriction. As a result, we parked the van on the main street directly in front of the hotel. During the night, someone broke the front window and took whatever they could find in the glove compartment. What surprised me the most was that, when we spoke to the hotel staff, it seemed that this kind of incident was not uncommon. They told us that similar incidents had happened before and that the only thing they could do was give us the address of the police station, which was about a 20-minute walk away, so that we could file a report. Apart from this issue, the hotel itself is very good and the staff are excellent. However, if you are traveling with a van or a high vehicle that cannot fit in the hotel parking garage, I strongly recommend being very careful about where you park, as security in the surrounding area may be a concern.

As a couple we returned to this large airy gracious hotel beside airport for onward journey and bus or tram to get easily into centre town. Staff are professional and friendly and we enjoyed a large clean room on floor 9. The express breakfast 10 euros was delightful. We did not use the restaurant this time. Public areas are huge and we'll organised. We will return.
