WiFi did not work in the room. Front desk staff said it was perhaps because the hotel was completely booked. The shower drain clogged as my daughter was bathing. Water overflowed into the bathroom and entryway. I used every towel to mop it up, as she was getting ready for an early flight. I advised staff of the problem (before 8 am) and told them I had a train to catch at 10:l30. When I returned at 9:15 am, nothing had been done. The clerk gave me towels and I told her I would not do housekeeping again. I was very careful, but some water still got on the floor. I stay regularly at this property. The open shower design is already a poor concept with inadequate slope towards the drain. You must back into a corner to avoid splashing water on the floor. If it is not cleared of hair and debris with each cleaning, overflow is guaranteed. The staff seemed totally nonplussed by my inconvenience, which tells me they are not surprised by this problem, which probably happens on a regular basis.
