Great location right in front of Terminal 1. I had 1 day in Nice and an early flight in the next morning. From Terminal 1, just a 5-10 min walk depending on your pace. Outbound flight left from terminal 2 and the hotel provides a shuttle leaving each half hour, including night/early morning. Nice kids area at the lobby. Room was good and spacious, comfortable bed. From/to Nice city center you can take the bus (bus stop within 5 min walk, + 15-20 minutes bus ride), rent an e-bike from Lime/Uber/others along the Promenade des Anglais (recommend if the weather is nice) or take a taxi/uber (15-20 min). If I want to be picky, the elevator could be updated, new floor. There's also a gym and restaurant but I did not use or go to any of these.

Emergency stay easily booked on the ALL app. The hotel meets the needs of short term visitors. Clean and comfortable rooms with a reasonably good bar and restaurant. Service is good. The hotel response to the fire alarm activating on Monday morning wasn’t what I would expect. No communication with guests or instructions on actions to take. Nobody evacuated and a guest continued to be checked in!! No communication after the alarm was silenced. Guests completely without information. The reaction of guests was to the alarm was very concerning as nobody made any attempt to leave the hotel to the assembly point!! Did everyone assume that it was a test of the alarm without any announcement ?? Overall, a very poor reaction all round.

Having stayed in this property several times for flight connection layover purposes, the experience has always been constant. Well appointed property with competent staff and convenient location across from the Nice airport terminal 1, and steps away from public transport providing services to all the Provence area and beyond. The restaurant is conveniently open for travelers arriving from different timezones, serving good quality delicious food.
