Good room standard and very clean. But the room had strange layout with only one small window facing the back yard pulling down the overall impression. The room is also lacking standard equipment like shoehorn, ironing possibilities and proper wardrobe. A small desk would also be nice. The check-in was confusing and did not get any information about the hotel facilities. The restaurant is nice with great food and the breakfast is decent.

Everything we needed before flying out the next day. Friendly and efficient check in; easy to modify our reservation; restaurant on site was very handy. Rooms were clean with a good design

We stayed twice at this hotel, on the 27th of march (on our way to skiing) and on the 5th of April on our back to England. The first stay was perfect. On the second stay we had asked if we could have a room facing the sea/nice airport as my son (10yrs old) was super excited he could do this on our first stay. We didn’t get that but that happens …it was a bit disappointing as I do not think the hotel was full and Im not sure why it could not be accommodated as we had requested this the week before . We asked at reception and understood why it could not be done but felt the reception could have been friendlier. Our room was 111 on the way back (On the 27th we had rooms 411 and 412). Our room had the sofa bed made up with only a single pillow (luckily we had spares), the water fountain on our floor did not work so I had to go upstairs or downstairs and … the kettle did not work in the morning. So overall it went from a great first nights stay to not a great second one. We could have asked to have the above addressed but even when I mentioned the water fountain not working rather than get it fixed the reception suggested we fill at the bar. On a plus note the shuttle bus driver was super helpful and on our checkout day we found the reception super friendly and helpful as well.
