First of all, there are two Novotels, one on the Prom des Ang, the other behind it with only an unloading zone if you can find it, and a parking called "ARENAS" which is the name of the first Novotel and too far away from it to walk with your baggage. They do not collaborate if you are unlucky enough to need help. If you reserve at the first, you are right across from the Airport, with only one sign and four lanes to choose from when driving on one of the busiest roads in the city. Their parking is mixed with a general parking and no signs to get to the hotel parking from the front door. Fredéric and Adelheid were wonderful, but what more could they do to make up for the two hours of stress this mix-up caused? The other Novotel on ave René Cassin could have done more but it happens too ofter and they have their own front desk to manage. Otherwise, the Novotel Prom des Anglais was normal in comfort, price, dinner/breakfast, soundproof, and good place to stay if you could walk across the Prom with all your baggage to the Terminal-1. At the end, I turned in my key at the front desk and asked for help to find the parking space and was not told my ticket had to be validated for the fee paid. This could have been done when issued, or if signed to the right parking garage.

Experience with staff was wery good, hotel looks good and facilities. Wery good breakfast, shuttle service etc. No complaints. The room was the main problem. Staying in room 906. All is clean. The toilet is in height for kintergarten. When showering water splashes to floor. The worst thing is the bad seewer smell from the shower room and the air condition system in the room. We felt sick in the morning. I think we where not the first guest to experience that nor will be the last. Serius problem and has to to with the system affecting rooms in the whole floor. Fix this or you will be loosing guest and popularity.

The bed room is rather basic but ok for one night, the restaurant was poor food quality, even the breakfast was low quality, cheap products, for the price paid, is unsatisfactory

We ordered a normal taxi through the hotel desk and received a private car with high price. The head concierge was quite rude. The couch in room was stained.

We had a wonderful brief stay. We live in Italy, but stay overnight near the airport before our flights. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant had a nice menu, but we didn’t try it. We did stop at the bar on our way back from dinner, but after receiving the dessert menu the bar tender never returned- so we left. On this occasion we had to change the date of our flight and hotel last minute to attend a funeral. David at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

The hotel incorrectly charged city tax for two guests, even though there was only one person staying. They did not inform me about this over‑charging. This is deceptive and fraudulent behaviour. I. only discovered the issue after returning to my room and went to the front desk to check. Unfortunately, I. was made to wait for half an hour! The front‑desk staff handled my complaint in an extremely unfriendly and unprofessional manner. They aggravated my frustration, shifted all blame onto me, and acted as if their staff had done nothing wrong. Not a single word of apology was offered on‑site. Additionally, the shower drain is very slow, and water frequently overflows out of the shower area.

The rooms are perfectly adequate, although rather soulless and corporate.Fine for a night or two Breakfast was OK but I don't rate the cold pancakes and cold scrambled egg! It is right opposite Terminal 1, and once you have negotiated the roads, it's possible to walk there and back. However, the tram stop (Grand Arenas) is only a few minutes' walk and much better if you just want to but a day ticket on the tram (machine under the bridge!). The staff at the reception could be a little more polite (and not so abrupt) to guests' enquiries.

Our expericence with this hotel was very good for our needs at the time. The only drawback was the lack of USB outlets in the room. We had only one adaptor, and the front desk was out of them, so it was a problem to charge the devices we needed.
