The couch in the room was dirty. There were stains on the couch. There were no toothpaste in the bathroom or anywhere in the room. Coffee machine was not cleaned, previous guests capsule was still in the coffee machine. The restaurant service team was horrible. I was afraid to ask salt even, and when I asked, their attitude was like "why do you ask for salt? Ehy don't you pick up yourself" but of course they did not say that. They were like "they are forced to work".
