Reception staff were very helpful and attentive while the shuttle service continues to be a real plus. Dinner was tasty and fresh and the service, along with that of the bar that evening, was very good. Excellent sleep in comfortable, clean rooms - glad we opted for executive rooms. Well worth the extra cost. Disturbance from renovations negligible. One criticism- have stayed here on several occasions and noted a decline in the quality and range of breakfast.

Front desk staff very good. The restaurant staff were excellent, made us feel very welcome. The only downside was the fact that the bedroom was very very very warm.......

very bad, service was poor and when we paid the bill it was obviously wrong and highly overstated, after a long time they came back with the ticket and agreed they were wrong without apologizing ; I get the impression there is serious fraud going on, I will never again stay with Novotel, I hate being treated this way!

The service was good, the receptionist on Sunday , upon checking out was really friendly . However , I need to convey, the breakfast was amazing , hence the milk was expired and already eaten by my son . This is very important not to be missed to check because otherwise the children will suffer. Fortunately my son feel good and didn’t suffered any stomach upset.

Decent airport hotel with awful food

The hotel is well-located, clean and comfortable. Good navette service to Terminal 2. The bathroom is pretty minimal, with a “cleansing gel” dispenser on the wall and no little bottles of shampoo and conditioner (and I realize that, for good reason, hotels are eliminating those). But to be close to the airport for an early flight, this is fine. One word of warning: since it is right at the airport, a taxi from downtown can cost up to 40 euros. While the sleeping and checkin experience was fine, the restaurant is awful. Amateurish service and genuinely terrible food. My wife ordered avocado toast (how bad could that be?) and it was literally inedible: a hard, unripe avocado sliced up on top of a piece of stale bread. We complained and they did not charge us for that. My “taglliata” was OK, but just barely warm — it was cooked OK, but it was not hot The so-called french fries were also lousy; not hot and not up to the standards of even the cheesiest fast food place. Plainly frozen and then out in a microwave. The kitchen is obviously inattentive and does not care, for the plain reason that no one that eats there will be coming back. This is a scandalously bad restaurant — it does not deserve that name.

The check in went well. Food in restaurant was OK. Room OK - though not the latest standard. Requested an iron to my room twice - did never arrive - and I had to take on my shirt and dress to work - not ironed.

An excellent welcome , having collected us from Terminal 2. Our room on the 9th Floor was quiet , ...always most important for us, .....wonderful breakfast , which was very well staffed . We were delighted by the reduction in the price of the room , as the original reservation was in July.....postoned due to illness . We do hope to return to you next year.

We recently stayed at the Novotel Nice Arenas Aeroport and we were very pleased with the hotel. It's perfect if you have any early morning flight from Nice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It's conveniently located on a bus stop so it's easy to go into Nice proper and stroll around. They also provide a free shuttle service to the airport.
