One night stay between flights. Shuttle service to and from airport was easy. Had a lovely light dinner in restaurant where bartender and wait staff were very kind and fun!

I am used to use Novotel hotels. This one in Nice is definitely bellow average. Forget to be like sustainable and be sustainable or be normal, it's not bad. Improve service in the restaurant In the other hand very easy check in and out. Clean rooms, good breakfast

I have, before booking, informed myself if the restaurant is still open and I have been told it closes at 11:00 pm. As I was traveling the whole day and arrived at 10 pm at Nice airport. I took this airport hotel hoping I can have a quick dinner. But, when arriving at 22:29 at the restaurant I was first asked for my vaccination which I presented, but then a young man rushed upon me, told me the restaurant closes at 10:30. I responded that my information is different and he should show me where it says 10:30h. He could not. My wife was very upset and went to bed. I stayed at the bar next to the restaurant and could observe that they were still where serving. A 4 Star Hotel at the airport should if not offering full restaurant service at least have some snack offers or room service. Even a 2 Star Ibis still offers something to eat. I am sure this man just wanted to go home and was afraid we would stay too long and therefore stopped our entry. Interesting enough when I complained to the night reception his answer was: I have no idea when the restaurant is open I only work at the reception. If they told you they are closed that it is. They know better than I do. A receptionist who not even knows the opening hours of their own hotel? Come on -another lie. I was very positively surprised by the ladies the next morning taking care of the breakfast. Friendly and polite and on top of that your breakfast is great. Fresh pressed Orange juice, the possibility to make your own eggs. Very good assortment of everything. Really outstanding.

We stayed just one night before flying home. From the first contact at the front desk to driving away the next morning, everything went well. The kitchen produced a terrific meal in the late afternoon with attentive service. The room itself was well-appointed and spotlessly clean. Finally, an inaccuracy on our bill was quickly corrected and the charge for parking was comped. We would definitely return anytime we come to Nice.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and all modern amenities. Outstanding breakfast ! We enjoyed an excellent dinner as well after an exhausting day and before tucking in for an early morning flight. The common areas are clean , airy and pleasant to the eye. The hotel is meticulously clean.

Seen as we only stayed one night due to a travel misshape. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The only issue we found was there was no iron or cloths steamer in the room

We were put on the first floor with no secure access and moreover the room was not clean as it should have been. For example the remote for the TV was totally disgusting

I couldn’t stand up straight in the shower as the ceiling was to low, yes I’m tall but 192cm isn’t “to tall”. Sofa bed wasn’t ready in my room and had to make it myself. Bar service is the slowest of any hotel I’ve ever been to

Hotel located near all sightseeing's Nizza and Costa Azul. Friendly personnel and good installations. Special recognition to the restaurant, good food not microwave prepared as in many hotels. Family room is a little small for 2 adults and 2 kids but it is an standard in Novotel.

We really appreciated you found an Nespresso machine for us! Staff were very friendly...; ) Only complaint is that we could not figure out how to watch an english movie on the TV. Front Desk was not picking up (8-9pm) and when I went down to ask, I got a verbal explanation but we still couldn't figure it out. Why not provide some instructions for your English guests so they can find english movies or get english subtitles for french movies.

Useful hotel, close to the airport

Being a recurring client of Novotel in multiple locations, I have the opportunity to compare the service and overall experience. The hotel is currently being renovated, which should improve the overall experience in the future. A few things are however to improve. First, I explicitly asked before going, and then when I arrived, to replace the duvet with a blanket. I did not get any feedback or explanation why this was not done. Then, the restaurant has to improve. The food looks microwaved and not cooked on site. The result is disappointing, for a rather hefty price. Being a gold member, I expected a form of upgrade if the hotel was not full - not there. The status does not seem to provide any specific advantage (besides a free drink). In Paris, there is a upgrade to a large room in the last floor (with Nespresso machine), sweets, and a few more attentions - and a blanket as requested. The personnel is very friendly (reception, restaurant) and the management is also on the ball. This is why I continue to go there, but I hope that they can improve a bit.

Perfect hotel for anyone with early morning flight from Nice

We recently stayed at the Novotel Nice Arenas Aeroport and we were very pleased with the hotel. It's perfect if you have any early morning flight from Nice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It's conveniently located on a bus stop so it's easy to go into Nice proper and stroll around. They also provide a free shuttle service to the airport.
