The decoration of the room is beautiful, the room is big, reception was very nice. However, since I tried other Novohotel Suites (LU) I can see some differences: paper glasses in the room (not glass), no bottle of water to fill in, the wc smelled very bad and the floor was not very cleanned. Apart of that was very nice and I enjoyed.

Perfect for my son and I for the one night we stayed. The set up was such that we could have stayed much longer. Breakfast was really good.

VG except for 1 thing - the safe in room 715. 1 battery missing, another dead. Asked at front desk Saturday evening for new batteries and was told "Why don't you ask tomorrow morning, the technician isn't here". My response was "It only needs 2 batteries" and was told "The Technician isn't here, I don't know where the batteries are". My thought was why not send someone out for batteries. Anyway, I had 3 batteries so I inserted 2 and the safe worked; however, the safe was so old that the springs for the battery were bent. Twice the batteries fell out. We chose this hotel in part because of the security of the safe. Disappointing that equipment in the room isn't checked out regularly. I shouldn't have had to go through this stuff. Plus the front desk's response was not up to standards.

Comfortable hotel , with easy access to Nice centre, and other towns via train. Microwave in room a bonus, dishes and cutlery would have been helpful as would milk for the coffee and tea. We left some items behind which were reunited with us quickly and efficiently. Tram stop just outside hotel - very easy to access from airport.
