Room had bed bugs. Showed bites to a receptionist. Absolutely covered in bites. They clearly recognised. The problem and the other receptionist looked very uncomfortable. It was very clear they knew the room was infected. How he kept insisting the room was clean, the hotel has never had bed bugs. It's classic bed bugs bites..he kept saying maybe I was allergic to the detergent. I must have allergies. His strong defensive reaction made me realise he knew. Additionally from about 10am the service team.kept knocking on the door to us to leave every 10-20 mins while we were trying to sleep. Even though we explained we were sleeping and check out was 12.

The front desk staff was very helpful in holding our luggage for the day, which we greatly appreciated. Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable for our short overnight stay.
