Very good hotel, clean, helpfull staff and good location if you want to be near the airport for any reason

reasonable breakfast and room. No BBC on T.V. Difficult to find the hotel from the airport-hard to getout of airport and cross the busy street. Also difficult to find the railway station because of building works in the area. hassled by prostitutes near to the hotel

Water seepage in walls/windows made slippery floor. It’s so dangerous to my kid. He has almost fallen down for a few times when walking on it and it’s really unhygienic. Your staff at lobby was not friendly when I tried to tell her to address the problem. What’s a service!

Quick booking process, good check-in, polite helpful staff. When I arrived I was hungry and thirsty so did not really examine the room. Went "next door" for something to eat and drink. When I got back I noticed that the floor of the room was significantly wet, almost flooded. There was and had been extreme rain but possibly the window did not fit quite correctly. Even when I slammed it, I could still feel a draught. Reception was helpful but the hotel was full so he could not change the room. Gave me some towels instead !

The Hotel was convenient to get to from the airport and was close to public transportation into downton Nice. The rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. The check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The price was very good as well.

I didn’t like the fact that I was asked to checkout at 9am especially that it was a Sunday morning. Also, since there was a flood and my clothes were wet I asked for slipper there were none available at the hotel. I think it’s nothing to have some available at the reception in a situation like this.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, very comfortable bed/pillows, room very clean and breakfast was good. Easy 10 minute walk from station and 5 minutes from airport. Excellent budget hotel

It smells like cigarettes all over the floor, the first room smells of sweat, horrible. We wanted to change the room, the second room was very cold and never warmed. There was hot water after we had exhausted liters of water, which to me is an absolute waste.

It was a regular hotel staying, everything was ok, just the rooms were very small, no space to store luggages though we were three people in a room. There was not enough towels in the room and no soap. Otherwise the staff was helpfull.

Very small room, very small bathroom, cheap and inconsistent breakfast, room cards not working on a regular basis... very nice and helpful personnel, though.

Checkin experience and staff were fantastic, room was clean but noisy and full of mosquitos, breakfast choices were limited.

GOOD VALUE - QUIET ROOM CLOSE TO AIRPORT - FRIENDLY STAFF - BASIC BREAKFAST WAS FINE.

Easy check in, room clean and tidy. Everything just fine. Minor comment: the breakfast room is a bit of an echo chanber - the slightest noise echoes around the tiled room. Suggest you dampen the noise. All good otherwise! :-)
