I chose this hotel partially for its proximity to the airport and the train station. What I really appreciated was the noon check in time and the good breakfast being available at 5:00 a.m. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom minuscule but functional for me. I missed not having a bedside table (no room for one) but I coped. Staff were helpful when asked. I would stay again.

The hotel is walking distance to the airport and adjacent to Novotel. We had a good breakfast. The weather was very hot and at there were many tourists at this time but we still enjoyed the scenery.

It is clear from the price that this hotel offers a basic, low-cost experience, and I did not expect luxury or extensive amenities. However, as part of an established hotel chain, I believe the property should be maintained to a better standard. The hotel is in need of significant maintenance. The carpets were very dirty, several doors did not close properly, and the overall condition of the property felt tired and neglected. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was also disappointing. From the reception staff, who came across as unnecessarily aggressive and unfriendly, to the housekeeping staff, the overall impression was that many employees seemed unhappy and dissatisfied with their work. This has a significant impact on the guest experience. The hotel shares the same building with the Novotel Nice Arénas Aéroport, separated mainly by doors, yet the difference between the two properties is enormous. Having stayed at both, the contrast in maintenance, atmosphere and service is striking. Another issue is the location information on Google Maps, which is misleading, and the entrance is difficult to see and find, especially for a first-time visitor. Overall, I understand that this is a budget hotel, but being part of a major hotel chain should guarantee a certain minimum standard. With better maintenance, cleanliness and a more welcoming attitude from the staff, this hotel could offer much better value for money.

We stayed for one night between trips. The hotel is very good for a short stay or if you need to catch an early fligjt. It is very close to the airport and the station. Rooms are small like in all Ibis budget hotels. Air conditioning works well and you can turn it off during the night as it is cool enough. It is quiet, you do not hear the planes or the traffic Breakfast was surprisingly rich and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a hotel which does what it says.

Hotel is walkable to Nice airport across street, and next door to Novotel for restaurant and pub. Bus and tram to downtown Nice Discounted paid parking across street. Friendly checkin ans checkout. Strong shower, clean bathroom, soft bed. Rooms are small, some with no seats (sit on bed). A very good value for sleeping and airport convenience.

Very good location, close to Terminal 1 on Nice airport and to railway to Nice. Simple room, cheaper in compare to hotels around. Breakfast was ok, no hot meal.Reception works 24h, kind, relaxed stuff. In total, good option for short stay.

1 night stay after arriving mid-afternoon. A little difficult to find the hotel entrance (by the car park). Small but comfortable room -expected as this is a Budget hotel. Good choice for breakfast. Friendly staff.
