cheap hotel, suitable for what you pay, not great cleaning, enough breakfast, the staff is fariry friendly and not always is there, if you keep your suitcase you have to pay 5 euros, but public transport nearby and only 4 tranvia stops from international airport

The Air conditioner in our room does not work, after complaining the front desk they came and check and told it is working, only the air flow is down. Despite lot of argument at night 11PM he finally agreed to change the room.

I stayed at the Ibis Budget Nice Palais Nikaia hotel for 1 day during my time in Nice. The room was very comfortable with basic necessities. The rooms are small. Check in was very easy. The location is far from the city centre. One has to get down at the Nice St.Augustin railway station to reach the hotel. From the railway station, the tram to Cadam take you to the hotel.
