Rooms and bathroom are super super small. Good only if you are coming here to spend just a few hrs to sleep at night on the bed. Apart from it there is nothing in the room. Air con is like a fan.

Great and easy position to come and go just on the outskirts of Nice next to restaurants, shops etc. Carlos the check in staff was so helpful and kind, gave us great suggestions to catch the train to Monaco and see the mountains with snow for some fabulous photo's ... we came back and stayed again a few days later after we had flown to London, breakfast was really nice as well we will definitely stay again .... and so appreciated the great customer service, you can tell he loves his job.

Booked a triple bed room—it was comfortable for 2 adults and a child. A basic setup, a bit dated, but clean and functional, with a shower, toiletries, and towels provided. Comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection to start the day. There's also a vending machine on-site with hot drinks and snacks, which was really handy. Plenty of secure parking available for a reasonable fee per day. Really good location, with local beaches just 15 minutes away by car. Monaco is around 35 minutes’ drive, and Cannes about 30 minutes—perfect for exploring the French Riviera. Also close to public transport, tram station, bus stops, and airport. Stayed 2 nights before setting off for Italy, but we ended up booking an extra night because we were so pleased with the location and the welcoming staff. We even booked again for 1 night on the way back from Italy—it was that convenient and comfortable. All staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to **Safa at the front of house**, who was excellent—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with local information and recommendations. She made us feel very welcome and helped us make the most of our visit. Would definitely stay again!
