Booked this hotel to start our family holiday in Cote d Azur. Overall okaish value for money if wasn't for hair in the bathroom (ok, happens!) and unacceptable cigarette smell coming from the air system in the bathroom. Complained at the reception and I got a device for cleaning the air (only after 2 hours some effects)..after all ruined night of sleep and mood! Definitely the worst hotel room ever tried in my life

Rooms are to dark hallway was not clean and the parking was to tight for the car and not clean

Dirty and damaged room equipment

1. Bad registration process, we booked for a large bed, were given a twin beds, had to go down to reception and to justify our reservation on the App. to obtain a large bed. 2. The room was dirty with a strong smell of curry (we had to keep door and window open to ventilate the room as much as possible. 3. In the shower the the shower hose (spiral metal sheath) was broken at the shower head and I slightly cut my hand (fortunately superficially) And under the metal sheath the pipe was drilled and the water leaked strongly.
