Bof....

The rooms are okay, not too clean... but the service is awkward.

Rude staff, room and towels were smelly, confusing machine check in. Cleaning and hoovering started at 8:30 so no chance to relax in the mornings

great stay , perfect for overnight stay , as traveling to Italy / Greece by road

Basic room which was clean,relatively spacious, comfortable bed.

Hotel is basic with very few staff available. All rooms are non smoking allegedly. Our room stank of smoke but as no staff were available we had to stay in that room. Breakfast is advertised but you need to check for French Bank Holidays as timings change without notice.

Maybe some people visit Ibis Budget hotela because of the great view or the fine French cuisine. All I expect from an Ibis Budget hotel is clean sheets and internet connection. ibis budget Nice Palais Nikaia has both. The garage was a nice extra. :)

Clean; very basic; adequate but don't expect a welcome as 'reception' closed. NO warning what 'arrival' meant in your 'Confirmed booking' email. On line check-in was recommended but didn't work and NO explanation about the 'cash machine' entry procedure even when I telephoned 'Customer Service'(?!) She said it was 'confirmed' (which I knew and in spite of your recommendation that I ckeck in to 'save time' (what??!) she told me I HAD checked in... NO!!! Nobody was there so we were VERY lucky that a very polite cleaner opened the door and let us use the toilet but knew NOTHING about what we should do and that although you say we may go in at 12noon there is nobody there until 16:00 !!? Luckily there was public parking next door as no idea where or how to use YOUR parking. The room was like F1 of 30 years ago but without the shared bathroom. NO kettle. Only one thin pillow. Noisy corridors. Cool room; noisy fan heater. TV was good WiFi excellent! Restaurant for our evening meal was mentioned on line but it was outside! Apparently there was a 'Formule' agreed with them. Food we chose was good and it seemed rightly popular in the neighbourhood. We didn't risk 13:20€ for your breakfast, we went to Lidl for quarter the P.. This was meant as a little treat but 62.60€?? ....hmm!

For founding in internet, the hotel clean but very old.

Needed somewhere to stay after landing in Nice at night. Very basic as expected. More information about parking online would be handy as there was no one there when we arrived at night to put our car in the car park or ask if it was ok to park on the street.

The manager was very welcoming. It was very clean & the price was great!

The room was extreamly dirty. The handle of the bathroom was broken and we got trapped for an hour. After banging the door for an hour housekeeping came and asked "why we didnt use our mobile to call"... We asked to speak to a manager and the owner came, he was the most unhelpulf manager I've ever come accross. Overall was terrible

The experience was great, we got exactly everything that we needed: free parking on the street, simple but clean rooms, good access by public transport to the city center. The only issue was that we arrived at 1 in the morning and checked in through the machine, but were unable to open the main door to the hotel with the code we got. After about half an hour a security guard came and let us in, and the code then worked to the room. When I told the reception about the problem the next day, she didn't seem very surprised. There was no phone number that we could call when we couldn't get in which was very annoying.
