There was a problem with the window in our room, and the staff were extremely helpful in resolving it, eventually moving us to a new room. The rooms are compact and comfortable. However, the position of the lamp near the window can be changed.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly and responsive to queries. For tourists, the location of this hotel is great as the underground metro is just a hop away and you also have bus and tram connectivity just a few minutes away.

I was traveling for business and stayed here for two weeks. Overall, it’s a decent option, but the lack of even a small refrigerator in the room (standard double room) is a major drawback. Also, during the two weeks, I didn’t notice any changes in the breakfast selection, and having scrambled eggs every day gets boring after a while. As for the cleanliness of the rooms, everything was fine. The mattresses on the beds are not very comfortable and tend to slide around.

My experience was very nice. Breakfast was great, staff was super friendly. The only issue was, that the AC in my room broke in the last night and started dripping a lot of water which is why i had to turn it off. Other than that, it was great.

This hotel is well located, spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfortable and well lit. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel bar sells Augustiner which is a great addition! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, absolutely faultless.
