I had made a request for an iron and ironing board and it was there in the room. The hair dryer broke one morning and hotel staff immediately brought me another one. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. They made me feel welcomed.

Very good on the whole; the bed was comfortable and the window seat in our room was lovely. The shower was hot with good water pressure. We did feel that tea/coffee making facilities in the room were lacking - going down to the communal café area was not the same as a nice hot drink in the room. Additionally, while understanding that the room temperature is 'controlled' within cantonal limits, we had to ask for a fan as it was rather hot (we are pleased that we were not there in the height of summer). Breakfast (included) was good and overall we feel we had value for money.

Over many visits, this hotel has become our home away from home. Rooms are comfy and fun, breakfast is excellent, public transport is just in front, and free, and Carouge has lots of charm and character. And the staff makes it all work perfectly. Thanks!
