All else was acceptable to me except the the requirement to pay an extra 10 Euros/Swiss Francs per night to get a kettle plus tea/coffee/sugar. I found the coming down to reception area every time I needed tea/coffee and pay 3:50 Euros/Swiss Francs inconveniencing.

For this small difference between the Standard and Superior rooms, you receive a room on a higher floor, equipped with a kettle and tea and coffee sachets for your convenience throughout your stay.
