My recent stay at the Ibis Hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk greeted us with warm smiles and handled our check-in with impressive efficiency. Our room was amazing , stylish, and surprisingly spacious, with a balcony offering stunning city views, a Sauna, a jacuzzi and a welcome big basket of fruits. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We loved the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had a fantastic variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot options. The hotel's location couldn't be better, just a short walk from major attractions and excellent restaurants. The attentive service extended to the housekeeping, who kept our room immaculate, and the concierge, Madame Bozena Lauener who gave fantastic local recommendations. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return! Again, Mam Bozena, me and my family can’t Thankyou enough for this amazing services that you provided to us during our Holiday stay and forever will be cherished as one of our best family memories to talk about with my children😊
