Our team continuously replenishes the buffet throughout the breakfast service, but during peak periods it is possible that some products may briefly run out before being refilled. Concerning the air conditioning, our system is centrally managed to ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the building. Dear Riccardo, We are sorry to read your review, but we would like to clarify a few important points. All reservations at our hotel must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Guests are welcome to provide a prepaid card as well, provided it has sufficient funds for the pre-authorization to be successfully processed. If the pre-authorization fails because there are no funds available, then by definition the card no longer serves as a valid guarantee, as there is no actual financial security behind it. This requirement does not mean that you are required to pay with that same card upon arrival. Once at the hotel, you are free to settle your bill using any payment method accepted by the property, including cash where applicable. We are pleased that, as you mentioned, everything went well during your stay. However, the guarantee policy is applied consistently to all guests and is necessary to protect confirmed reservations. It was unpleasant from the first telephone contact, when the credit card was imposed as a booking condition - but I don't have a credit card and in any case I always paid when I stayed with you because I've been with you several times. I was able to book by providing my prepaid card but on the day of arrival I was subjected to several attempts to charge it. Once we arrived everything was fine but in the evening when I returned I was forced to pay for the Toblerone by credit card - I was told that they don't accept cash.

Very bed experience no water on the room on the hot day we pay for .0.5 ml 2.5 on the reception,no ac practical we can not sleep on site we leave one day early because of heat

Beauriful lobby, really friendly and effective staff. Smart designed room maximising the available space. Our little one loved the bunker bed design. As always with Accor really comfortable beds and pillow. Only downside is that the air-conditioning cannot be controlled within the room - practically it is not individual. It was indeed very warm in mid-April and the window only opens partially for security reasons.

It was just an overnight stay for my husband and I. Side lamps were too bright. We only had one card to enter the room. We had only two shower towels and no hand/face towels. Large shower but water coming out in the room from the hole in the door, We didn't like the ooffee.

Booked based on location and price/value proposition compared to the nearby lodging possibilities. Best overall experience than in a dozen of other ibis budget and ibis hotels that I have visited so far. A blue parking zone just 3 minutes away meant that I could keep my car parked for free during public holidays - kindly mentioned by one of the employees at the reception. I didn't take the breakfast despite a special discounted offer upon arrival - there are plenty of alternatives, or at least that's what I thought. Next time I would definitely take this option, since breakfast looked fresh, delicious and varied. At a reasonable price I'd definitely stay here again.

Simple, but modern and clean room; what speaks for it, is that it's within walking distance to Paradiso's and Lugano's Lungolago. And you're in via Nassa, Lugano, after a 20-min walk. Breakfast is good, too.
