The chat messaging system was not very helpful at all, and the price that was shown when booking was cheaper than what I paid at the property even with the city taxes and normal taxes.

The hotel is very nice located. Quiet, but near the lake and everything. Beds are comfy. The Restaurant & the bar downstairs are pretty nice, i can recommend. Glutefree bread was nice :)

Simple, but modern and clean room; what speaks for it, is that it's within walking distance to Paradiso's and Lugano's Lungolago. And you're in via Nassa, Lugano, after a 20-min walk. Breakfast is good, too.
