The location of the Hotel is great, it is only a few minutes from the lake, the train station and Bus stop. The room was very clean, two large beds (1 double and a sofa bed for the kids), had a bath tube and a small fridge. On the corridor was a water station (still and sparkling water) to refill the water bottles. The AC was very good, silent and not windy. The pool was perfect to cool down from the heat and there were even fruit skewers served. The breakfast was great too and the lobby very nice and welcoming . There was a kids playroom available too.

Very good hotel with a/c most employees are friendly but one comment about swimming pool , they allow man with 3 month old boy swim although he was using diaper and when I complained, one rude employee told me that this is considered clean for him and told me if don’t agree I can take my children out of the pool. So I don’t advise to use the swimming pool. Another thing breakfast was good but it is crowded Last thing they don’t supply towels at night

We stayed three nights with family. The hotel is modern, all the rooms and common areas are either brand new or freshly refurbished. There is a pool with great ambience and chill, where we spent a lot of time during the hottest hours. It's very close to the downtown area, which is a pleasant walk down the shaded promanade. Definitely a great choice.

The location is very good of the hotel. But for the price, it's not up to the game. The interior of the hotel is very plain, lack of detail when they were building. But especially the service of the retaurant staff (not breakfasts) was very bad. They didn't pay attention, they were never there when you wanted to order something. Also, the night manager was very rude.

Water fountain available on each floor, tasty breakfast (however quite limited options, especially when it comes to veggies), clean but basic & bland rooms (no kettle available, no iron or ironing board). Novotel Lugano is located very close to paradiso station , checkin was smooth receptionist were humble and kind Breakfast was run down on day 1, better on day 2 but still average Room was okay but cramped for 3 people Toilet was good , housekeeping services were good too Had dinner in the restaurant one night and portions were overpriced and tiny

Great stay but the room had 2 empty bottles of hand soap and shampoo. Those should've been checked prior to occupation. Additionally, not having an iron and board in the room, and no robes or slippers was disappointing. The room and hallways were getting very worn. Lots of stains on the carpet and on my chair in the room.

Great Novotel providing a comfortable accommodation. Same building than ibis so you see the customers of the others building. More privacy for the pool would have been better as well as longer opening hours. Breakfast is average considering the price
