It was indeed good experience and reception guys were really great and they helped us as well to extend further 2 nights without any hassles. Overal experience was good but we had to follow up for dental kit, an mineral water so please keep these things into room so we don't have to bother every day :)

We stayed 9 nights at the hotel. To begin with, I've ordered what I thought are two connecting rooms (description: Two connected rooms, no smoking, with queensize bed and sofa bed.) and was surprised to find out that it is actually one room with a living room area and a bedroom. They did want to help but did not have two connecting rooms available and offered us to change rooms after 3 days which we decided not to do due to the hassle. Beds are ok. Bedroom bed was quite soft. Sofa bed was stiff. Air conditioning was "working" but temperature was too hot. We asked if this could be improved, were answered that it can be, but we felt no change. Some nights were really hot in the room (outside temp. was 14-15 Celsius but and we did not want to open the window because there were spiders and bugs outside). Breakfast is really good. Great selection. Good quality. Location is great. 2min. walk from the Lugano lake and bus stops. Hotel has parking for 23Fr. a night.

The room was too much heated and the shower was not so easy to handle. I would have preferred when a survant came and ask if I would like to have another coffee
