Unfortunately in the winter the heat is turned on with no option for cooling except the window which makes little difference except letting smoke inside. The room was always 24 degrees which is 5 degrees higher than my preferred and meant the whole 3 days was quite uncomfortable including sleeping. The front desk confirmed there was nothing there could be some about it. Unfortunately, I also kept encountering someone's smoke fumes entering the bathroom vents which was unpleasant as a non smoker. It's unlikely I will stay again as a result.

Tv set was not working, lack of form to fill out for breakfast in the room. I asked for the form twice by phone and it was not delivered so I missed breakfast on Saturday. I had to physically go to the reception to ask for the form unfortunately

Overall a good stay. Rooms a bit too warm that we had to open a window at night even with low temperature.
