Comfortable stay. Close to Paradiso train station which is easy to access except if one has bulky luggage. In this case take the Nr 1 bus from almost outside to Lugano then the funiculaire to Lugano --- or of course use UBER. Breakfast was very satisfying

We enjoyed our stay, breakfast was very good but disappointed as we thought it was in the room price ! Lift didn’t always work with room card, ended up using stairs.
