I had a nice experience staying at ibis paradiso lugano. Nice staff and breakfast, very close (less than 200 metres) to paradiso train station.

Well located and friendly service but limited services

We had a good time at the Ibis. It's conveniently located in Paradiso and a very short walk to the lake. The staff are friendly. However we were disappointed that we could not leave ou luggage at the hotel to pick it up later as they said they were full. That changed our plans for the rest of the day. As Platinum member I would have expected to be able to leave 3 rucksacks there but no, we were refused this service. This is the frst time ever that a hotel is unable to store my luggage for a few hours.

Room furniture isn’t good at all which can be accepted at B&Bs or 2 star hotels ( bed & so called sofa ) Management is so mean on supply of towels . Poor breakfast buffet.
