An Ibis, so no surprises, all you need, comfortable and very clean. Good location in a pleasant part of Lugano, 5 minute walk to the lakeside and a 5 minute walk to the San Salvatore funicular for brilliant views

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good but it was crowded when we were there. Room and bathroom are quite small but shower is good. Moderately priced for the area.
