The room was fine, tap leaked constantly and very small but fine. The problem came the day we left. We left our bags in their "secure bag store" for the day and upon returning in the afternoon were told that they had accidentally told a tour bus driver to take all of the bags out of the store room... We were rushing for a train and instead had to sit and wait in the hope they could contact the bus driver to come back. There were a bunch of other people there in the same situation. Luckily the bus came back later and we found out that they had left at midday... So it took them 3 hours to realise they had let someone steal all of our bags. Could tell the staff were embarrassed and we were lucky that we didn't leave our passports in the bags as we would have been screwed otherwise. I feel worse for the people who hadn't come to collect their bags yet as I have no idea how they would figure out which ones they need to take off the bus. Absolute mess and just empty apologies. Definitely do not leave your bags there as they don't care about looking after them at all
