Unfortunately the three nights I stayed were not a good experience. I was in one of the rooms on the first floor, and could hear noises well past midnight. It sounded like furniture being dragged around and doors being slammed. I was also woken up by staff moving trolleys around outside my room (the linen trolleys were being stored just by my door).

The stay was great. I came in around 10:40 and asked if there was any chance of checking in early and the wonderful staff found a way for me to. This meant so much because I was sick at the time and it meant that I could rest. The room was comfortable and clean. Great stay, I would stay here again.

The only thing that had had gone downhill since our last stay with you, was the breakfast, although satisfactory, fell well short of your previous offering that allowed you to select continental or full breakfast, for different prices. The full option was cooked to order, so was fresh & hot. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, both here & abroad. The cooked-to-order option set this hotel apart from most of them.
