We are sorry to learn that there was some confusion regarding the breakfast hours and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. With regard to the fire alarm activations, please note that the fire alarm system is a life-safety system designed to protect both guests and staff. For this reason, every alarm activation must be treated as a genuine emergency and investigated thoroughly, regardless of the time of day or night. In the event of a fire alarm, guests are expected to follow the hotel's emergency procedures and evacuate the building. During these situations, our team's priority is to respond promptly, investigate the cause of the alarm, and ensure that the hotel and all guests are safe before normal operations can resume. While we understand that guests may have questions following an alarm activation, our team is not required to provide detailed reports or explanations regarding the cause of the alarm. Their responsibility is to manage the incident appropriately and ensure the safety of everyone on the premises. Regarding luggage assistance, as a historic building, the hotel does have certain structural limitations that can occasionally present challenges. We are genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be assured that our team is always happy to assist with luggage whenever support is requested and will do their best to help make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the fire alarm activations during your stay. However, the fire alarm system is a life-safety system and must be treated seriously at all times, regardless of the hour. Whenever an alarm is triggered, our team is required to respond immediately and carry out a full investigation to ensure the safety of all guests and staff. In the event of a fire alarm, guests are expected to follow the hotel's emergency procedures and evacuate the building when instructed.
