Very bad internet connection

Nice place, breakfast is complete and fair price. Had some problems with their fire alarm and could rest properly. This is key for a business trip so try to avoid this happening again. Reception should offer the welcome drink at arrival…

Overall, the hotel was okay. However, I was placed in a room at the back of the hotel where they did not have wifi for their guests. Peculiarly, they had not declared this when I booked the room, and they had given me no discount on the price. When I asked for a partial refund, the staff did not accommodate. Annoyingly, this area of the hotel also lacked regular phone reception so I was completely cut off from the world for my entire stay. When I wanted to call my family, I had to make my way to the lobby. Taken together, I would not come back to this place.

We were very happy with our stay. The location is perfect it is a short walk away from most attractions and places to eat. The rooms and the hotel overall were very clean and spacious and we had a great view. We were provided with many amenities with our room like a mini fridge with free drinks, an espresso machine and free toiletries. The staff were amazing! They were friendly, helpful and professional. We were a bit disappointed that we could not get our fan in our room to work or the heating but overall the hotel is great value for money. We would 100% stay again.
