Dear Ms H., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations and that the unusual heatwave made your visit so uncomfortable. We fully appreciate that the fans provided were not sufficient to ensure your comfort. We are particularly disappointed to read that the portable cooling unit promised to you was not delivered promptly and that you had to follow this up yourself. This does not reflect the attentive and seamless service we strive to provide, and we sincerely apologise for this oversight. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with the relevant managers for review. Looking ahead, we are pleased to share that the hotel is scheduled to undergo a significant refurbishment later this year. This investment will include improvements designed to enhance our guests' comfort while carefully preserving the unique heritage of our historic building. We fully understand how disappointing this must have been. As our hotel is housed within a historic building, there are certain structural limitations that prevent the installation of conventional air conditioning. We appreciate your comments regarding clearer communication, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams for consideration.
