The staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming and warm. They go above and beyond and they’re what made our stay! So thank you! Sadly, I remember back to when the White Hart used to be a high end, prestigious hotel and I have many fond memories. Unfortunately, it’s now tired, dated, slightly neglected and the room we stayed in wasn’t the cleanest. A real shame for both guests and the staff that seem to really care.

Arrived at 6pm and staff not customer focused. Requested quiet room with no view of traffic. But staff unfocused. Wrong room then allocated quiet room but two singles not double. Told Friday staff who started to address the problem. A lot of hassle!
