the issues we had with our room were resolved. In some ways it was a shame we had to ask for the heating to be put on, in March this should be routine. We were provided with an external heater. No one has ever told me the cup in the room had lipstick on it as such things do not wash off! I asked for a cup replacement. Pillows were like boards, I was found an alternative although was initially told that would not be possible

Every staff member at this hotel is amazing, super friendly, helpful and always ensure we have a great stay. Russ, Mihaela, Sharon and all 3 Jacks are fantastic, plus the cleaning and breakfast staff. I would highly recommend it!
