It was comfortable stay. However, there were a few issues. We stayed 2 night. I felt we were upgraded for only 1st night, not for 2nd day/night. We had dinner at Hywel Jones on 1st evening. The reception told us that we were upgraded to 7 course meal. When we were presented the bill, the bill was showing 7 course price and they had to change the bill. 2nd evening, we had dinner at Walled Garden. The price on the menu and the check out (bill) price was different. They had to change the bill again. Both evenings dinners, if we were not careful, we would have been charged more. I don't think this should happen at all and particularly for 2 evenings. Despite of the above comments, we would like to come back and stay at Lucknam Park.

Our stay was was lovely, an unfortunate fire alarm going off at 1.30am on our second night but this can’t be helped. Your staff were absolutely brilliant, attentive, friendly, helpful and welcoming in all areas of the hotel.
