The food and beverage offering in the Walled Garden is outstanding - the range of the menu, the quality of the food, the drinks menu - I think it’s the best we’ve ever had in the UK for a weekend resort stay. First class for kids, amazing service. Just all round great experience F&B wise. Room value for money - not quite sure the value is there. Rooms are gorgeous, amenities are as expected. Slightly surprised not to have a mini bar. On arrival the room was not made up for the family but handled well and rectified before kids bedtime. Our companions in the group also had a great experience. The Hideaway and kids play area is 10/10 - so unexpected and extremely well supplied for many age groups. A great job well done 👏🏻

it lacks the last 15%. Too pricey for the rooms and the food. Michelin was ok. But staff in general to pompous and not friendly enough. Would enhance Otto the bartender as a ray of light.

Very welcoming check in, room spotless. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The concierge were extremely helpful. The housekeeping were amazing, you barely saw them but our room was spotless and the camomile tea with honey and the classical radio station was a lovely touch. The food was good in both restaurants but the Hywel Jones restaurant was amazing. The Spa was one of the best I have been to. Will definitely return!
