From being greeted at our arrival , to every member of staff being so friendly this really was an exquisite experience. Stand out moments, the whole bed turning down experience, the sheer awesomeness of our hot stones massage. The food was divine , the cocktails perfect and again the staff were so nice . PS The spa is wicked too (without unsupervised kids). The whole weekend flowed so well we may well have to come back to check it wasn't a dream

We have a wonderful stay for 5 nights and enjoyed not only the hotel but the spa, the equestrian centre and the michelin restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

We had a relaxing time at the spa and enjoyed a healthy lunch. Dinner at the Michelen Star restaurant was truly fabulous. We welcomed having our room turned down and slept comfortably. Breakfast was delicious too. We wondered to the stables and admired the grounds. Everyone we met, was very attentive, super friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely room, staff on front desk were lovely, some restaurant staff were too inexperienced - the ACCOR branding and online platform are all awkward to use and really diminishing of Lucknam, it would be better to minimise that - at the outset I felt like I was staying at a large American chain. Not your ambition I’m sure. The whole emblems collection thing, the cake at breakfast - it’s ridiculous. Lucknam has an incredible brand recognition, you’re wrecking it.
