Not up to normal Accor standard

Extremely disatisfied as we were unable to enjoy the Hotel's facilities, due to the fact that the whole main hotel had been booked by the Government, of which we were not informed beforehand. We were not allowed into the main dining room or other common areas, and had to eat our breakfast sitting on armchairs and a very low table.

All the staff were extremely friendly and very professional, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The main things wanted staying in a hotel. The second Ibis hotel we've stayed in (Shipley being the other) and would definitely stay with Ibis again..
