Had an overnight stay travelling west from London. Enjoyed visiting historic Salisbury and its cathedral. The hotel was friendly and welcoming despite being very busy bidding farewell to a previous day wedding with many guests. Well double glazed with low road noise, slight internal noise. Very nice breakfast and room comfortable and clean. Very happy with our stay and will repeat it.

We stayed in the accessible apartment which just about qualified as meeting our accessible requirements. My wife is in a small wheelchair there was not enough space to get this down either side of the bed. She cannot stand unaided there were no shower support bars or shower chair in the bathroom. ridiculously the plug hole in the bathroom basin was not functional to plug water, and why would there not be a fitted toilet roll holder??? There was no housekeeping service whatsoever not even for replacement toilet rolls or towels.the apartment was generally clean and spacious apart from bedroom limitations already described
