Bed uncomfortable, pillows very flat, shower head blocked only half water flow, bathroom was tiny. A room that sleeps 4, but the shower area only covered by a curtain.

It’s the worst holiday experience ever, over priced not a budget for the customer. When you can pay less then these prices for a 3 bedroom home and you don’t need to pay for parking. Let me just say if I wanted to go stay at a backpackers refuge I would have stayed in central You don’t really want to know because I’m sure I’m not the first to complain and I wouldn’t be the last. But I do want to ask you is this the kind of service you get at a hotel overseas you pay only $70 a week for ?

Perfectly located for attending events at the Olympic Park however the management seems to be counting on location and cheap prices to fill the hotel that basic amenities such as working kettles and teaspoons and services like cleaning dirty carpets and hallways, and staffing reception adequately have been disregarded. Our room was very dusty and the walls and carpet had all sorts of stains and marks. It was the same in the hallway. We do not expect first class amenities but I think budget customers deserve a clean well managed place to stay as well.

Definitely need better especially blankets have large stains that look like urine. Ac air flow restricted. I checked and there was no filter in it and it was heavily clogged with fibres. It really needed professionally wash.
