Great hotel made even greater by the am@zing staff. Love the adults only pool upstairs with breathtaking beach views. Lots of do’s & don’ts listed such as hogging day beds etc! Can I suggest the hotel add another. That would be that loud arrogant face time talking also be banned! So rude!

Special thanks to Mr. Dodi who is an extremely helpful and understanding gentleman . Its not easy to manage such a huge staff and keep the guests also happy. Hats off to Mr. Dody who was very kind enough to listen and understand the problem we put in front of him and he gave his best to assist us and make us feel comfortable.. Good Location and staff are extremely good

We stayed last week for just 3 nights, however we have visited Pullman many times. This time there was renovation work going on, so not very peaceful sitting around the pool with the noise of construction work. Staff were extremely attentive, particularly Joko who helped us out with an issue at the Grand Mercure, he was very good and followed up and got everything resolved, so thank you! All other staff were great too, especially the pool bar staff, very quick to get orders and receive drinks. We certainly look forward to visiting again when the renovations are completed.
