Hotel service went below the standard of Novotel Rooms have bad smell, no tissues, no slippers which I had to make order Breakfast was below standard because no variety food, even ordering eggs takes long time and brought wrong I regretted booking with breakfast The hotel was one of my favorite hotels and you can see my history but now I have to remove it from my list
