the tv wasn’t working at all the laundry was extremely expensive the breakfast buffet has so less things the housekeeping was horrible except bed they didn’t make or set anything

I was disappointed with my experience regarding my request to change rooms. I followed up every day and was repeatedly told that it would be done “tomorrow,” but it never happened.
I completely understand if a room change was not possible due to availability, but I would have appreciated an honest and clear answer instead of repeated promises. Better communication and follow-through would have made my stay much more satisfactory.

My stay was terrible
1- TV Was not working , it had to be replaced
2- Mini fridge was not working they replaced
3- Safe was not working , had to be fixed
4- each time I requested a bath-rope , Ice, etc it took 2-4 hours for my request to arrive
5- carpet has a very bad smell , and full of stains and gunk.
6- bathroom was cleaned very superficially , gunk gathered at core edges of shower box and most of the bathroom i actually had to clean it with a toothbrush
7- fire alarm going off after midnight
8- Actually encountered many bugs in my room
9- horrible room smell
You can go too google maps , check reviews and go to lowest , you will see that all my concerns are ture and been going since years back…

No water placed in room , being a platinum member no privileges for me.
I have to call every day for water , receptions tone during my call was not polite. Food is not suitable for being a South Indian normally option were there in Novotel, some time south dishes are terrible.
