We had a great 2 night stay. The whole experience from booking the hotel till check out was very smooth. The reservations team were very helpful. Hotel is close to dock and very centrally located. Team members were friendly. The pool and sauna was definitely a great addition.

We enjoyed our stay and the hotel is lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing I could find fault with is there is no bath mat and the shower and you have to climb in and out of bath to shower. It is dangerous when getting in and out of it

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room had clearly not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. I found a significant amount of hair in the shower/bathtub area and also in the bed, which was very unpleasant and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. In addition, after I had already paid the city tax, the hotel mistakenly charged an extra £170 to my card. I was told that the money would be refunded, and I expect that it will be, but I still had not received it the day after check-out. Mistakes can happen, but the combination of poor cleanliness and an incorrect £170 charge to my card has unfortunately left me with a very negative impression. For these reasons, I would not choose to stay here again.

Its always a great stay, although this time it was a little disappointing on the cleanliness side of things. It was the first time in many visits that ive not been happy with the room.

Great location and nice reception and dining area, the room was an awful design, it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced a separate toilet to the shower, not only that but no sink in the toilet room which hygienically seems like an awful decision. The bathroom sink made a very loud vibration noise every time you put the hot tap on. Also there was only a plug on one side of the bed, and two badly located sockets in the whole room which was very annoying.

I was on a bonus break. But i don't know why they did charged me for my stay. Bonus break is supposed to be free! I have been into other hotels as well for bonus break, but they never charged me for it. Location is good and the room was clean.
