The entire staff Front desk -JOAN, REENA, MATILDAH and the IBIS security (front desk) ensured my safety and helped me with my questions ALWAYS. The cleaning staff from Pak and NEPAL were awesome. Apologies, I do not remember their name but they come from Ajman. The chef ensured good hot veg food - one girl chef was from Myanmar and unsure about KITCHEN STAFF.

Fridge is not cooling well. Swimming Pool is shared with Novotel. When taking the lift back to room, we need to go to ground floor and walk all the way to other side to reach ibis instead of going to our floor. Also, i didnt know that points will not be earned when booked via travel.partners which is bad as accor charges are high compared to travel partners
