As an ALL Accor Gold member, I was disappointed with the overall recognition of my loyalty status during this stay. I understand that room upgrades are subject to availability, but there was no upgrade offered or explained, and there was also no welcome amenity, fruit, or other gesture that would normally make a Gold member feel recognised. The stay itself was satisfactory, but the experience felt no different from that of a regular booking. Loyalty status should come with some level of acknowledgement, even when an upgrade isn’t possible. Unfortunately, on this occasion I simply did not feel particularly welcomed or valued as a Gold member.

Hotel Room is not clean, glasses are dirty, there are a lot of stains in the bedsheets, and carpets are not clean, key cards are not working all the time, i have to go to reception to just to activate it. Receptionist is not welcoming and very strict.
