The hotel has a very clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Stay was ok... room was very small for the price I paid. No concierge services. Ac wasn't working well... even at 18 Deg it felt a bit warm... Location is good and convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were a few housekeeping issues. The hand soap and shower gel were placed in the wrong areas, and the blanket was missing from the room. We had to call reception to request one. Overall, the staff were good and responded quickly.

Very Good Staff - impressive enough that I took time out to write this feedback. I called from the airport, and Ms.Mirabel(?) converted my phone-enquiry into a sales (I checked in). And a Mr.Reylon(?) the next morning converted it to an extension! Housekeeping on duty was v.polite too. I liked the idea of don't clean room for 100 reward points (Saving water). But I did not understand the logic of environment friendly glass-bottles for water, but on the other hand plastic(?) coffee sachets! The silly part was the wash-basin, the tap faucet is so near the edge of the basin that half the water splashes out when you use it. It should have been more proximal to the sink so that the water flows closer to the center, giving your hands more space, wasting less water. Same for the shower. Perhaps it's just my room, but the water pressure was so low that a 5 minute shower took 15 minutes. So all considered I wasted about the same water I tried to save by 'no room cleaning'!!

Extremely Disappointing Stay Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The room was extremely dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The AC was not working initially, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The shower was also not functioning properly. The service was poor, and the staff were not cooperative. I had requested them to receive a parcel shortly after my checkout time, but they simply refused to help, which was very disappointing and unnecessary. Overall, the cleanliness, facilities, service, and staff attitude were far below expectations. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.
