Clean room with comfortable bed. Tiniest room I've ever stayed in. No place to put bags, so had to put them on the floor in front of the door to exit the room. Fire hazard, but there was no where else. No place to put toiletries, so again, had to put them on the floor of the bathroom. Not sure if I'd stay there again.

Not a lot to say other than the room was great, the staff were great and the check-in process was very simple and it's extremely good value for money for a well located hotel in the centre of a busy and popular city. As an Accor member I got a free welcome drink in the bar on arrival which was lovely. I will be coming back to Brighton in the New Year and will definitely be staying there again. Great value and the rooms and the service were way better than I expected for the budget price.

My friend and I stayed here for the first time. As mentioned, Ana at Reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was for one night. Everything was clean. I had booked twin beds for the two of us. There were three single beds. Were the beds smaller than a standard single? I was apprehensive that I would fall off. The shower room was compact but not a problem. However, the bathroom door had to be pulled closed which gave us a dilemma at night, using the toilet and not wanting to disturb the other. The single bed was fine for my friend, she is a smaller build then me, though I am not a large woman. I don't know what the answer is for another time... are there rooms containing one adult single and small double bed?

We stayed here for one night. On arrival I realised I'd read the check in time wrong and we were an hour early. As I'd previously stayed there and was a part of their membership they let me check in early as our room was ready. We asked at reception for more towels and a pillow which they supplied for us. The room we were in, the window was sealed shut due to it being below ground level. The Ac was on the minimum level but I was still very hot. The receptionist supplied us with a fan. The room soon cooled down and it was one of the best nights sleep I'd had in a long time. The staff were amazing. They were really friendly, always smiling and accommodating to our requests. We opted for the breakfast in the Morning. There was a fab selection of food and all very fresh. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Convenient for the north lanes and next to station. From floor 7 you can't hear the traffic noise at all despite buses going past all day and evening
