The staff were so personable and helpful and loved the decor in the lobby. Breakfast good but room (302) bit noisy at night with plant on neighbouring rooftops.

I returned to The Mercure because my last stay was so lovely! Same again this time! The room was perfect , all the staff are friendly , kind and go that extra mile to make your stay great. There is a relaxed atmosphere that makes it so special and of course it’s position on the seafront is the icing on the cake !

Staff were excellent. Had a problem with the room and it was sorted very quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was not great.
