Coastal, our onsite bistro-style restaurant, bar and terrace sits on the stunning seafront and is the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner with friends; enjoy a sociable dining experience centred around locally caught seafood, fresh and the finest flavours. The hotel is also suited for business stays, weddings, meetings and events. Our Coast View Suite provides a sea view backdrop for weddings and private events of all types, & the famous Bandstand is directly opposite the hotel & can be booked for weddings.

I was staying for 2 days for work. Unfortunately the A/C was broken. I was told there was a fan in my room. There wasn't. I asked at the desk and was told they'd sort me one. I didn't get one. I then asked again and finally got one at 11pm. There were no plugs near the bed to plug the fan in which meant I could barely get any use from it and the windows were locked. It was so warm. I got 3 hours of sleep. I understand these things happen but there needs to be a more proactive approach to deal with this - i.e. have plenty of freezing cold water available (not the lukewarm water down in the lobby), send someone out to buy some fans from a supermarket if there's a shortage etc. Also BBC1 HD has no sound for some reason.
