I cannot fault the staff. They were uniformly polite and friendly and well trained. Our only complaint was that there was no room service food after 9pm when 24 hours availability was advertised… in the room.

Great location right on the seafront. We had very pleasant stay had a nice surprise with an upgrade to a sea view room. The downside room was a bit tatty with a chair that a split on the side, cupboard with no shelves, iron burn marks in the carpet. We ate the restaurant on the first and my wives main course was cold (moules) send back and the waiter returned with a smaller portion but this time hot. We did have both mains removed from the bill, which was kind if them. Need to be careful of the small print on the menu as a 10% surcharge is added even on drinks, which makes two pints of Neckoil nearly £20!!!!

The shower didn't run hot, only Lukewarm. This was aruond 9.30am on a Sunday, in room 103.
