1. I really did not enjoy the coffee machine at breakfast, please just serve a pot of filter coffee. 2. My shower was warm not hot.

Was upgraded to a sea view privilege room. Fantastic sea front location and views. Well kept hotel and pleasant, helpful staff. Hotel beautifully decorated and tody/clean. Bathroom was lovely but the door opening inwards made it a squeeze to get round.

Unfortunately disappointed with my stay and won't be staying again. Parking charges are frankly extortionate; facade and lobby/bar were delightful but not representative of other areas of the hotel - the Mews area being particularly shabby; my room had no heating, felt damp and had dirty/stained/damaged carpets; and on the second night of the stay it was surprising to be told there was no food service due to a private event...would've been courteous to mention this at the time of check-in at the least. Only highlight was the gentleman overseeing breakfast, who was friendly, helpful and efficient.
