Experience was good but there were a couple issues. a) Coffee sachets were not refilled; b) Towels were not good; c) No moisturizer was provided in the bathroom.

When i checked in the lady at the desk was very helpful, and allowed me to alter the booking to include breakfast. the room was comfortable enough, and the breakfast and meals were good.2nd day the room was serviced as requested, but no clean towels were provided. Day 3 the room was not serviced as requested.
