Polite, when staff are around. Breakfast was very slow, in all ways....to provide food, glasses or cutlery. Most days i helped myself.

We’ve stayed here previously. It’s one of the few affordable hotels in Melbourne able to accommodate two adults, two children and a baby. The location is decent (half an hour by frequent train to the CBD) and the quality is perfectly adequate.
