Terrible, unfortunate as I use the accor hotels alot. I asked to be moved room due to damp patches on the ceiling and around the aircon unit, the person incharge did not want to move me instead stated I had complained too late and I should have said earlier, he relunctantly moved me to a double room with 1 double bed which my son and I shared, he said the moud around the aircon unit was normal but did yes the mould on the bathroom ceiling was not good but instead of trying to reassure me he put the blame on me for raising the issue late. Not happy but I move onto another chain of hotels for the rest of my.holidays.

4 night stay. Arrived 0100 hours having checked in online. Had to wait for someone else's slow check in and then checked in again! Why bother wasting time with online checkin? Expected 24 hrs cafe but it was closed so went to bed hungry. Room ok but needs renovation- cigarette burns ? in the sink, damaged furniture, one light not working, sink blocked. Inadequate pillows and no more available on the first night. Sink and light reported but not fixed.

The hotel is well located for visiting Barcelona if you don’t mind using the Metro. The station is nearby and it was easy for us to get around without using the car. Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke English and the hotel was easy to navigate. Our room was clean and a good size for an Ibis. Breakfast was also good. However, if you are arriving by car, be careful with the parking! Google Maps does not take you properly to the entrance and there is no clear Ibis sign outside. The entrance to the underground public car park is actually around two buildings before the hotel. Once you enter the car park you start seeing signs for the Ibis allocated parking area, but from the street there is nothing obvious. Like us, you may drive past it, end up parking somewhere else and then have to walk to reception to ask where the hotel parking is. I strongly suggest the management puts a clear IBIS PARKING sign above the entrance and updates the Google Maps parking location. It would make arrival much easier for guests coming by car. Apart from this, we had a very comfortable stay and found it a practical and good-value base for exploring Barcelona.

We chose this hotel based on the availability of a triple room, as well as proximity to the metro. Breakfast included was very comprehensive with a wide variety and very good coffee. Friendly staff too! Room had all the essentials and working AC. One suggestion would be to have facecloths as well as towels. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was great.The only downside is the location.It is far away from all tourist sites and it took 30 minute minimum to get there by subway.Average time was 45-50 minutes.If you include walking to and from subway, that means you will spend about 2 hours a day in transportation.The room was quiet, comfortable and clean.The staff was helpful in every way.

About 25 minutes by underground from Catalunya, but still not too far, very friendly and helpful team at reception, housekeeping team is very good, rooms are cleaned every day, I would recommend to other travelers.
