The rooms were very "tired" at first there was not even a towel for the second guest, they only remove the rooms early in the morning if you left but after 12 the room will not be removed. The staff at breakfast should be noted separately - during the reception of breakfast, personsremove tables sprinkle around the table cleaning equipment and this means comes to food, hand transfer food on the rags.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at ibis Santa Coloma. While my arrival and initial experiences were pleasant, the last day of my stay was marred by several serious issues that need to be addressed. Firstly, on the final day, multiple false fire alarms went off, causing significant distress for both myself and other guests. This constant disruption not only ruined any sense of peace and comfort but also raised concerns about safety protocols within the hotel. Even more disturbing was the condition of the bathroom in my room (Room 101). I was shocked to discover that the doors were covered in what appeared to be blood, and it was clear that they had not been cleaned properly. The sight was both unsettling and unacceptable, reflecting a serious lapse in hygiene and cleanliness standards. I trust ibis hotels to maintain high standards of cleanliness, and this incident was a clear violation of those expectations. To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact reception to report the issue, I found that the phone in my room was not functioning. This added to the frustration, as I was unable to immediately communicate the problem to the hotel staff, making an already distressing situation even worse. Given the highly unpleasant nature of these incidents, I am requesting an official apology and appropriate compensation for the disruptions and distress caused during my stay. I believe these issues are not reflective of the standard I expect from Accor properties, and I trust that you will address them with the seriousness they deserve. I look forward to a prompt resolution and would be happy to discuss further details if required. Thank you for your understanding.
