The bare minimum

First the positives: Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Perfect location for visitors to the park area Parc de Can Zam nearby. Comfortable beds. Complimentary water in tetra-pak in the room. The soap smelled lovely. Very clean. The negatives: The most confusing room number configuration we've ever seen. To find your room you will need a lot of patience, it's crazy. Only 3 towels, we were two people staying for 3 nights. Normally you get one small and one bigger towel, not here. No extra pillows anywhere in the room either. Few electric outlets that were not near the beds. We were lucky we brought our own power strip to charge everything we needed to charge every day. No kettle, no coffeemaker, nothing like that. You will have to go downstairs and ask for hot water, tea, or coffee and they wanted to charge for the tea (very strange since there are plenty of teabags out for breakfast that were for anyone to take). The hot water was free though. The last comment is just an observation, not good or bad: I had originally booked a double-bed room because it was the only kind that was available at the time of booking. But when I contacted the hotel they were kind enough to check and said they would arrange a twin bed room instead. It was one double bed and one extra pull-out bed. Not twin beds. No big deal, the beds were comfortable and they made it work even if it wasn't the expected twin bed room.

Place location was nice and safe. Although not in the city it is close to the metro station and easy to from there. Room was spacious and clean. Personnel nice and happy to help with any request.
