The positives: The beds were comfortable. The location was good with a Metro being about a 10 minute walk away. Staff were friendly at check in and check out. Room and bathroom were clean. The negatives: When I was booking, the photo of the room showed 3 single beds. The room we were allocated had 2 single beds, so felt a lot smaller than I anticipated from the photo. We asked to change room, and the new room had two single beds and a 'table' that converted to a bed. I tried the 2 beds and the 'table' bed and all three were very comfortable, but it meant that the room was smaller than I thought it would be. The 'table' bed had been broken prior to us getting the room so it squeaked whenever I turned on it. The air conditioning didn't work, and coming from a colder climate, the room felt uncomfortably warm. So much so that on the first night, I had to leave the window open and struggled to sleep with the traffic noise outside. The remaining days of my stay were cooler so I was able to close the window, but the air conditioning still didn't work. The remote control for the TV didn't work. The QR code to cast to the TV didn't work. Typing the URL did't work either.

The hotel was not good. The room smelled really bad, and the breakfast was also not very good They also didn’t have anything at all.
