The hotel was clean, the breakfast was average. Several weeks in advance, I requested a breakfast package for the day of departure due to an early departure from the hotel. I was assured by email that I could count on the package. Nevertheless, upon arrival and the day before departure, I reminded the receptionist that we had ordered the package. I was assured that this was no problem. However, on the day of departure, nothing was prepared and the receptionist randomly threw several foods into paper packages. In one package, instead of toast, there was only dry bread with no filling. I was very disappointed because I had paid for breakfast in full.

The receptionist who greeted us and staff overall are absolutely amazing. They really mar our stay feel so much better. One thing that really could be improved are all connected to the restaurant/breakfast: 1. Scrambled eggs and sausages were always barely warm and tasteless. Overall quality of breakfast is rather on a downside. Apart from bread and pastry which were great. 2. Dinner area opens at 20:30. I understand that's a local tradition as all restaurants in the vicinity open at that time. However if we come from abroad we really really would like to have our dinner at 18:00. So we had to take look outside for it (McDonald's? Ew). Or buy supermarket food.

it was a nice hotel for our Barcelona trip. Hotel was a litlle far away from city centre but surroinding was nice and safe. We had know before reservation but a small size refrigerator would be nice. Also there is no place for putting our luggage on. Breakfast was nice and everybody who works there are nice.
