The reception spoke fluent English, was open 24 hours a day, and arranged a taxi for me. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. It was about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, but it was easy to get to the city center.

My work colleague got robbed while doing check in upon arrival. There was no advice from the reception desk that he should watch his bag while talking with them about his booking and paying for his room. It is not acceptable for the hotel staff not to even give some guidelines that the place is not protected and the person cannot feel safe in this place. At the end the staff did not take any kind of responsibility or even saying sorry and they said just it is not the first time that a thief is coming inside the hotel who should not be. What is more they said that they don’t have any security, no money for it and they just do they job. If it was some cheap hostel stay, I would agree but it is a chain of hotels and some security standards must be followed. My colleague spent 4 hours at the police station reporting the robbery of his laptop, phone and passport.
