The hotel is good located. Close to the bus stop. Easy to go to the center of Warsaw. The breakfast was good. The room was big enough. Only in our room its not enough place for the luggage. There is no wardrobe or table to leave the luggage. We have to use the little chairs. The room was cleaned every day. Overall Ibis Budget Warszawa Centrum was a great hotel for our stay.

Disgusting breakfast, sausages were uneatable, hard-boiled eggs were super cold and it had not that much variety. The bedroom had a questionable layout, with the sink next to the bed with STINKY water and the see-through shower right next to the bed as well. Bathroom had a broken ceiling and some webs.

I’ve stayed at fancier hotels with large breakfast spreads, only to find the coffee machines broken and dirty. Not here! The coffee machines were clean, they worked, and the coffee and chocolate were great.

Dear Ms. Anna, We are pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness and efficiency of our coffee machines as well as the quality of the beverages served. Thank you for your kind words and we invite you to visit us again! Kind regards, Guest Relations Specialist ibis budget Warszawa Centrum

A very cheap experience, but not such a cheap price. Starting with the positive aspects: - The location is good. - The bed and pillows are very comfortable. - The staff was friendly and professional (almost always). Now for the not-so-good aspects: - The cleaning was superficial. - Breakfast had limited variety, and the breakfast area was very small. - The room window wasn’t soundproof at all. - The water temperature in the shower was almost impossible to adjust (I almost burned myself several times). - My room was cleaned even though I had left the “skip cleaning” sign outside the door.

The bed was comfortable, the hotel located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to public transportation. The only issue was a cigarete smoke-like smell in the bathroom.

Dear Ms. Justyna, Thank you for your positive feedback and valuable remarks. We are pleased that you appreciated the comfort of the bed and the hotel's location. We apologize for the smell in the bathroom, which may have affected your comfort. We will strive to improve this aspect. Best regards, Guest Relations Specialist ibis budget Warsaw Centre

The location was not central despite advertising it in the name. The shower was not a separate room and therefore my friend and I had to leave the room when the other was showering for modesty. The bed was very hard. The staff were lovely and attentive however and it was very clean.

Dear Mr. E., Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness and service at our hotel. We regret that the location and the layout of the bathroom did not meet your expectations. Our rooms feature a specific layout, which may be surprising for some guests. Regarding the firmness of the bed, we understand that preferences vary and we appreciate your feedback. We hope that despite these inconveniences, your stay was enjoyable. We look forward to welcoming you again. Best regards, Guest Relations Specialist ibis budget Warsaw Centrum
