I stay regularly. Infact I've been staying there recently for almost two weeks and my cash bond was kept from me today because apparently I left the room in a bad way. That's funny because even the police who had to help me leave said how good of a job I did with the room. I've never ever lost a bond. EVER!!!! I'm OCD... Apparently because there was a stain on the sheets the room was un bookable tonight?? Im sorry but a bit of my ravioli pasta spilt on the sheets and I cleaned it up Instantly. Why does that make me loose my bond??? The manager Jason I only met in my second week and he was a bully and so disrespectful to me from the beginning. I never did a thing wrong. And when I went back to hotel to collect my bond he instantly told me I had to leave the building.. Why??? Want did I do wrong?? And dont I deserve an explanation as to why for the first time in 45 years am I being told I left my hotel room in a bad way. Thats not me. Never had been. I was in tears as he was disrespectful and a bully and it seemed like he was out to get me. I rang a couple of times and he wouldn't speak to me and kept hanging up. I even said I'm not disrespecting you but can I please speak to another manager and he hung up on me. Im currently going through a personal crisis and that's why Im at a hotel and he just made me feel like I was nothing and didnt deserve the time of day. I've never felt so taken advantage of and disrespected and bullied. It's absolutely disgusting and I'm already getting legal assistance with this. I had to go sit in an alley way and cry my eyes out for an hour I was soo traumatised by it. I seriously cannot believe somebody would see my situation as an opportunity to take advantage of.. I've been through a horrible traumatic event and am soo shaken by it and your manager took it as an excuse to get what he could from me with no justified explanation given to me but being told I needed to leave the building. I literally was in tears. He treated me like absolute garbage and I wasnt treated like a good paying respectful reliable and ongoing guest I have always been. Why after a week of me already staying there was he threatening to throw me out because I apparingntly never gave my credit card details for my bond which infact I had. I have him a cash bond that night and I shouldnt have had to at all. I was treated like id done something wrong and Id done nothing wrong at all. I'm taking this much much further as the disrespect and bullying behaviour has completely traumatised me. I cannot believe how me, a paying reliable and regular guest was treated because a little bit of his pasta spilt on the bed. I'm a cigarette smoker and I wasn't told off for smoking because I didnt smoke in the room once as I respect the hotel. Two weeks in a hotel and I didn't smoke once. Yet I lost my bond??? Why?? I've already had my Afterpay account hacked this week and Jason your manager knew that and didn't care at all. I feel soo abused and mistreated and its unacceptable.

The room was clean and comfortable, though dated and the carpet could use replacing. The lighting in my room wasn't very strong, especially as the window didn't get any direct light so already not bright. Room was cold with no temperature controls, the space heater did make things better after it'd been running for a little while. Bed was comfortable. One thing of note though was that there was no way to turn off the bathroom/toilet fan and the noise was heard through the whole room the entire stay, found it very distracting and hard during the night when trying to sleep.

Had too be moved too so many different rooms staff are great and friendly but rooms are disgusting chunks of dust in the ac units sinks broken tape loose toilets dont flush propley and beds are gross with yellow stains and brown stains absolutely disgusting and unacceptable will happily provide photos

Reception told me that they didn’t show rhe single room room photo onto hotel.com. When I checked in, that was so amazing. The room is not equal to the website photo. That would be a misleading. I will not to book this hotel again.

Loved the bed was comfortable, shower and toilet are for children no room in them at all, no reverse cycle air conditioning and had to use a small fan heater. For the cost of the room not impressed at all. Will find somewhere else to stay moving forward.

Lovely staff. My room was VERY basic.....reminded me of hostel type accommodation. Tiny shower cubicle and wash basin at the foot of the bed. I have stayed in many hostels, so it was not such a shock to the system! But for anyone not prepared for it, they could find it uncomfortable. The receptionist booked us in early, about 12pm, and asked if we minded what room we were given, so maybe that's why we ended up with that one. But it was only one night, so was not an issue.
