Stay was fine but as a part of corporate travel, it's important for me to get the invoice after payment is made so I can reimburse. This is exactly the same reason my stay last year could not be reimbursed. I requested staff to send me the invoice immediately and I still don't have it. I had to call 7 times for a staff to answer the call. It would ring and then i would select option 3 to speak to someone and then staff would disconnect. Finally, I could connect and got the invoice. highly inconvenient though.
