Staffs were least responsive and not at all any intent to serve the Guest. Simple check in process took 20 minutes and i need to wait for that in que. Rooms were very small and without towels. for towels i need to make at least four call and waited 30 minutes to get it.

It was very discomfort stay at Ibis Mumbai Airport as there was no proper staff available at Accor Membership Counter and also they have not provided Welcome drink at time of Checkin . Room was very dirty such a bed with bed sheet and pillow were not properly washed . Side table was not cleaned properly. Air Conditioner was not working properly. Washroom was really dirty with no hand towel and it was smelling foul. Hence , i have to check out the hotel within couple of hours after checkin. I kindly request the whole Accor Group Management by joining my both the hands and bowing down with due respect " Please 🙏 take care of Accord Brand Image which is one of Top 5 Brands in whole World in Hospitality Service Management Industry serving around half million people's a day " Regards Goutham J.
