Service was awesome. Bed was super comfortable and my baby loved the portacot she slept in it so good! The whole room was nice and spacious even with the big King Bed. Was so grateful for the complimentary mineral water dispenser! My only downfall for the room was the plug, my first time in Bali so wasn’t aware their plugs were different. Would be nice to be made aware of this? We did get it sorted though, we rung reception and they said they had one for us to use, I did however find it strange that the guy said we needed to pay 50000 deposit, when we went to pick up from reception he tried to changed to 500,000 and then when we said we can only pay with our card he quickly said Nevermind as he can only take cash but still gave us the adaptor so that I found strange as if he was trying to scam us to pocket cash for himself. The lady we dealt with at the Accor table for check in was super lovely!!! The food was also good. Love that the kitchen for room service still makes some very good meals at late night hours as we didnt get into our room until midnight so that was awesome. Staff at the restaurant were lovely and welcoming and loved the atmosphere. The outside pool area was also really nice, guttered we didnt get to enjoy it more as we were too busy. We got invited to an accor vacation presentation and afterwards were gifted 2.2mil room credit for food and beverage, appreciated so much. Overall, loved our stay for our first time in Bali. Would definitely go back.

It is especially heartwarming to hear your kind words about the lady who assisted you at the Accor desk during check-in. We will certainly share your appreciation with her, as recognition like yours means a great deal to our team. At the same time, please allow us to extend our most sincere apologies for the discomfort you experienced regarding the adaptor deposit, and for the impression that it may have felt like a scam. We truly regret that this situation caused you any doubt or concern. Kindly allow us to clarify that our team member had no intention whatsoever to mislead you. He was following our standard procedure regarding adaptor rental. We do provide universal adaptors at Reception with a refundable deposit of IDR 50,000 per adaptor. The deposit may be made either by cash or by card. Upon check-out, the full amount is returned once the adaptor is handed back. We usually recommend cash as it allows for an immediate refund; however, we absolutely accept card deposits as well when guests do not carry cash. We sincerely apologize if this was not explained clearly at the time, which understandably led to confusion. Please rest assured that we have shared your feedback with the team to ensure clearer communication moving forward, so that all procedures are explained transparently and consistently. Swimming pool the worst have experienced in a better grade hotel. Lots of black algae on the tiles and tiles missing.
