Staff was great, facilities were a bit limited. Not enough restaurants or bars. Room was okay, but not great.

I dont usually like to leave negative reviews, however despite thr room being great for our family most of the stay, it was very frustrating that our whole building seemed to be under construction. Our stay was from the 10/04/2026 - 18/04/2026. Rooms 5305 and 5308. While we didnt spend a lot of time in our rooms during thr day, at the times where we were there was constant use of power tools as we as extremely loud banging which made it impossible to relax at these times. This occurred everyday of our total stay, which was really unfortunate. On top of this the drain on the shower in 5308 was blocked and took a long time for water level to drain away. One of the toilets in 5305 also didnt work. We had decided not to complain during our stay as I generally dont like to be "that person" and we were mostly out of the rooms during the day. However I feel.its important that you are aware. I did take one video of the noise which im happy to send through if you request. Im happy to keep my review private at the moment pending a response. First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay from 10 to 18 April 2026 in rooms 5305 and 5308. We are truly sorry to learn that the construction works taking place in the building caused continuous noise and disturbance, which made it difficult for you and your family to relax in the room. This is certainly not the restful environment we aim to provide, and we deeply regret that this situation affected your comfort throughout your stay. We also apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered, including the blocked shower drain in room 5308 and the malfunctioning toilet in room 5305. These matters should have been addressed promptly, and we regret that we were not made aware during your stay to take immediate corrective action. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with our Engineering and Management teams for immediate follow-up to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, especially as you chose not to raise it while on property.
