We were breaking our journey from EU to AU for 2 days in KL and it was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The room was modern, comfortable and very well equipped, with a lovely bathtub and great amenities. Everything we needed was there for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm, friendly and attended to our requests straight away, and the breakfast was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. **10/10!**

We had a comfortable stay overall. Some improvements would be the bed could be softer, it was a little hard to sleep on, but we still slept fine. The fried chicken at breakfast was hard and not tasty. We love the honey comb though!

It was an ok experience but slightly disappointing as an All Accor Explorer member. Did not get a room upgrade instead i was given the smallest room (with no sofa). Not as pictured in the app. Then it was breakfast time, the guy claimed that my room is not entitled to breakfast. I had to explain i used my stay plus and mastercard dining offer. Then only he allowed me in. It was embarrassing and not acceptable. And the audacity to say I am dining with 1 kid when I am dining with 2 kids (my kids dine for free when sharing a room with adults as it says on the App) no need to highlight it out loud.

Basically a pleasant stay with the strategic location which is just a minute or two of walking distance to Pavilion with a good deal price. The amenities are quite complete as well. The only drawback was the beds were quite small to fit a family of three. Otherwise, overall satisfying.
