It was a wonderful experience with the good Accor services that I experienced prior. The check in was seamless. Room was upgraded with no probing. Lounge had a wide selection and offer the privacy that is most appreciated. Location is perfect. 5 minutes walk from the mega mall, Pavilion.

While the hotel location was good, our stay was marred by incompetent front desk staff. During my query about the car park rate, the receptionist kept looking on her screen while ignoring my elaboration. I asked if she needed time to finish her current task while I wait. She directly her another colleague to attend to my query without explaining to her colleague and ignoring me. The staff requires better training on check-in procedures and customer service.

The cake given for the celebration of anniversary was very thoughtful, perhaps if an upgrade of room could come with it would be better. The primary concern was that the toilet was smaller than expected, not much room when using the toilet bowl, legs were touching the toilet paper holder making it slightly uncomfortable when using the toilet bowl.
