On arrival room was made up as a family room when a double was booked. Had to wait to have the bed turned into a sofa. No desk area with chair, merely a trolley type thing with no mirror overhead. Have stayed at the Sofitel a few times but never again.

My husband and I usually prefer to stay here rather than the Premiere Inn next door. This time though, we may well have saved some more and stayed next door. We had to queue to check in. There were 7 groups in-front of us. And our bed was so uncomfortable! Not the usual standard. It was quite soft and dipped in the middle so I had a terrible nights sleep. We also found the corridors quite dirty and in need of a good vacuum.
