Very convenient location right next to Terminal North at Gatwick. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities you needed. Bed extremely confortable and facing the atrium which was surprisingly quiet even though was over the restaurants and bars. Only one lift working which was annoying since you had to wait about 2 minutes for any lift. Service was very task focused and not particularly friendly or personalised.

Had an early morning flight but was kept awake by the shuttle between terminals all night long.
