This time I would like to praise the staff of the hotel which makes this fine establishment even better! The excellent front desk team- Khun Fon, Khun way, Khun Pim, Khun Book, Khun Korn And special thanks to Khun Cream that always take special care with my bookings and everything I need. All Under the supervision of the front desk manager, Khun Bell. The most attentive and helpful bellboy team, Khun Poo and Khun Nui. The great breakfast team- Khun Kasem, Khun Kwan, Khun Pat (amazing chef), Khun Jiap that come to help some days. A very nice hardworking a bit older man that unfortunately I forgot his name and the new member to the team that also, unfortunately I don’t know his name. The wonderful Khun Nuch, among all her other multiple tasks, also supervises the restaurant which makes it so great! I would like also to mention the perfect housekeeping, that with their hard work, keep my room and the entire hotel, immaculately clean!- Khun Aor, Khun Dao, and Khun Namtan that seems she is at the hotel 24/7. More thanks also to the engineer team. And all those under the superb management of khun Tony that makes all this excellent experience, happening! Thank you all for another perfect stay with you 🙏🙏

Generally it is a nice place. Room is spacious and clean, but though the devices are working but a little bit old. On the whole, I am happy with it.

All the Reception/Office Staff, the Bellmen and the housekeeping staff are all excellent. They are all very pleasant, good natured and great at their jobs. The rooms are very spacious and we have always enjoyed staying there on family trips as well as my business trips.

The entire staff is amazing. Arranging everything from airport pick up for myself, girlfriend, and 2 dogs; all the way to the transfer driver to Buriram. With several delays in travel, the staff was great at adjusting our reaervation. Entire staff was warm and welcoming. My dogs are larger whicg scares many people. The entire staff loved them very much. We went out for a day and were recommended an amazing dog sitter, Gale. She was perfect. The beds were just as I like mine, the rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained. I am so grateful to find this hotel, I will stay here every trip to bangkok now.
