It's low season and we paid $125 per/night for two people. Paid in advance for A. week with no refund to get the discounted price. Advertised as A. 4 star hotel but we were disappointed with the room furnishings. We stayed in the Grand Room with the balcony on level 4. The washing machine in the room damages your clothes on the recommended wash setting. The door to the balcony is difficult to lock and where the curtain sits, it covers the entryway. So you need to go partially under the curtain to access the lock to the door. There is no Netflix channel but there is A. movie channel called Astro where they play old movies. The rooftop gym is basic. The spare pillow in the room was very dusty. Expectation for A. 4 star hotel is that A. fresh pillow case should be put on the spare pillow before guests arrive. We didn't eat at the breakfast buffet because it was Asian style and was not halal. What we loved about this hotel is that the employees were very friendly and trustworthy. It is A. small hotel (76 room capacity) so there are not many people in the shared spaces and we got to enjoy the rooftop pool with jacuzzi jets and sauna area to ourself most of the time. It was quiet in the room, the curtains are full blackout and the bed is medium hardness so we had A. good nights sleep. Recommendation to consult an interior designer to evaluate the layout of the room because there seems to be A. lot of unnecessary furniture in there. We would probably stay here again but for A. better rating please update your room furnishings, specifically the washing machine.
