At first, our experience was bad. Although I opted for pay at hotel, the hotel took the payment from my credit card straight away. I had to get my credit card company to refund me the money. The hotel claimed it as human error. This is not right. Apart from this error, our experience was good.

Huge room, quiet and clean. Service was excellent with many special personalized needs. The staff was all so kind and helpful always with big smailes and greatings as we we came and left the property. 100% will continue to use this hotel for all future Bangkok stays.

huge room, good kitchen and excellent house keeping. included breakfast was good with sensible opening hours. courtesy ride to and from the main road was welcome, (its about a 6-7 minute walk) a little traffic noise but far less than a lot of other places i have stayed in that area. nice touch was the birthday cake i recieved from the hotel. will very probably stay here again later in the year.

15 years ago, Club Accor hotels were in better condition what I have experienced currently. However, my stays have been comfortable but sometimes disappointing compared to my previous experience.
