We stayed here for 2 nights. Our flight was at mid night and needed a good room and good sleep. Your receptionist Daniel gave us a great room. Though you charged extra for the view but our room was very nice. Your reception staff all were great. The location is superb. Only critique I will have is that your hotel staff should provide better Concierge service. They didn't share what touristic things to see, what trams or metro to take to go places or how to go to top of Buda Castle and Fisherman Bastion as it cost us extra 13,000 florint to go up. These facts should be shared with visitors. We asked for 1 more hour of late checkout but we're denied.

My stay at Novotel Danube Budapest was truly wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and always willing to help. During a difficult situation I experienced during my trip, their support and friendliness meant a lot to me and made me feel safe and cared for away from home. The room view was absolutely stunning, waking up to the beautiful Parliament building every day was unforgettable. The location is perfect, very strategic and convenient, with supermarkets nearby, making everything easy during my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and food options. As an Asian guest, I appreciated that many dishes suited my taste very well. Thank you to the amazing team for making my stay comfortable, memorable, and special. Budapest will always have a place in my heart, and Novotel Danube was a big part of that experience. I would happily stay here again. See you!

Almost a perfect 10; only small matters prevented a perfect score - blackout curtains didn’t quite close properly (i had a corner room so a lot of windows) and the food trays at the breakfast buffet were not replaced quickly enough; staff were very polite and helpful but I thought needed to be trained to prioritise better, but very minor issues and would certainly return in the future
