loved that almost everything could be arranged online beforehand- made my arrival, stay and leave admin.-free and smooth. your staff is polite, welcoming and really helpful. dined in the lounge- bar in the lobby, and it was delish. it was my second time with you, and on both occasion this was my experience. need attention: at breakfast saw many chipped china.

This is the worst experience I've had in over 20 Accor hotels. Every morning at 9 AM, the room door is opened without warning to check the minibar—completely impolite. On the first day, we discovered there was only one set of bathrobes and slippers; it was clearly a case of the room not being prepared. On the second day, the hotel air conditioning was too hot, so around 3 AM we asked staff to open the window. We were very grateful for their help, but half an hour later, the room phone rang incessantly because the staff had changed their minds and left the window handle with us—this was at 3:30 AM! On the third day, we called all day to request room cleaning, only to return to a mess. Apparently, they forgot to clean it. They check the minibar daily, yet they forgot to clean the room? Outrageous! Should we be thankful that on the fourth day, when we checked out, the staff simply did a perfunctory, indifferent job?

Hotel conveniently located right at downtown Budapest, though check in personnel lack friendliness, I have no complaints, but maybe this is an area to improve.
