Great food and awesome place

Well located hotel. Great breakfast. Rooms spacious and well appointed. Great shower (pressure and temperature). Recommended.

The Pullman hotel is located within walking distance to many Budapest attractions, and the Metro station is a few minutes away. We stayed in a room called the Loft suite which was lovely, although the stairs to the upstairs bedroom was harrowing especially for those of us in the 60+ age bracket! No toilet upstairs so be prepared to navigate the stairs in the middle of the night! The hotel should probably highlight this point in their room selection criteria. Other than the stairs, the room was very comfortable, the bed was exquisite and we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation. The only meals we had at the hotel were breakfasts which had plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and overall one of the best hotels in town.

A boutique hotel situated in the heart of Budapest - the design of the place is amazing, the rooms are clean and well furnished, and the breakfast was up to the highest standards.

Clean and fresh. The hotel is modern and very clean. It has a sufficient gym and a nice atmosphere. My room was a bit small for a longer stay (I stayed for 11 nights), so I would hope to get an upgrade to a larger room if I were to stay again. As a small side note, a five-star restaurant experience (though I only have experience with the breakfast) should include cloth napkins.

The reception team really made a great impression. From the first moment, the welcome was warm and friendly, and the check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff were always available and very helpful whenever I needed anything. They gave good advice, answered my questions patiently and always had a friendly attitude. I had several interactions with the reception during my stay and every time the service was professional and efficient. The guest service team was easy to approach and always willing to help. Check-out was also smooth and well organised, which was a nice way to finish the stay. The housekeeping team also did a very good job. My room was clean, comfortable and well looked after throughout the stay. Everything was in order and the room had a fresh and pleasant feeling. I also enjoyed the restaurant. The food was very good, the service was attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed. Csaba deserves a special mention here as well. He was very friendly, attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. His service really added to the experience. A special mention to Roland at reception. He was especially kind, helpful and attentive, and always made me feel welcome. Overall, a very good experience with a genuinely friendly team.

The reception team was really nice throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Check-in was quick and smooth, and check-out was just as easy and well organised. Whenever I had a question, the front desk was always happy to help. I also really liked how welcoming the reception area felt. The front office team was professional but still very friendly and approachable. The bellman was also very helpful and made things much easier when I needed assistance with my luggage. Roland deserves a special mention. He was very kind, helpful and always had a smile. He made every interaction very pleasant. Really good reception service and a great team.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pullman Budapest. The location is excellent, with many places and attractions within easy reach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay. The restaurant also deserves praise for the quality of the food and the pleasant service. The reception team was definitely one of the highlights. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, helpful, attentive and professional. They were always approachable, quick to respond and happy to assist with any question or request. The team created a relaxed and positive atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Roland deserves a special mention for his warm and personal service — he was genuinely kind and made us feel very welcome. We also loved the Social Sunset Club. It is such a great initiative and a really fun idea. Having the chance to spend an hour in a relaxed atmosphere and chat with the hotel managers makes the hotel feel much more personal and welcoming. It was a great touch and something we really enjoyed.

I liked the location, the breakfast was good, the room has everything which I needed. Unfortunately the hotel took a deposit the day of my arrival and was supposed to release it up to 4 days after I left but unfortunately, I am still waiting - more than 5 weeks have passed, I sent 3 emails (no reply), I called and was reassured that the money will be sent back - still waiting. It leaves me with a bad impression...

There was a very good variety of options, with something to suit different preferences, and the overall quality was very good. One thoughtful gesture that really stood out was that, because we had checked in early in the morning, the hotel kindly arranged packed breakfasts for us. It was a simple but genuinely appreciated touch and showed a level of care for guests that is not always seen in hotels. Overall, Pullman Budapest is a very nice hotel with excellent service, friendly staff and a strong focus on guest experience. Highly recommended. I would definitely recommend Pullman Budapest to anyone visiting the city.
