Overall stay was good. But no ordinary tea bags in room was not good. Also air con in gym bit working, which was a let down. I work have in maintenance, in a hotel, and don't take three days to service an air con unit Disappointed that when booking in and leaving credit card details was not informed of local tax that had to be paid

Having booked well in advance, and asking for rooms next to each-other, we were disappointed to located at opposite ends, between floor 2 and 5. Breakfast was sooooo disappointing. Paid extra for a cooked breakfast - wish I hadn't bothered. Flys everywhere, stuck in the honeycomb display - just gross. Rooftop bar lacked atmosphere. To be honest, was not not very impressed.

I stayed 4 nights for a business trip. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a couple of minutes away from the Opera and the metro. The highlight really is the staff. They are extremely helpful, polite and professional. The breakfast has a great variety of quality items for every taste and the restaurant was very understanding and accommodating of food allergies. I would definitely stay again.

Checkin experience was ok, no upgrade when we had 2 rooms booked. No refill on bottled water, even soft drink from mini bar were not included, entire TV system was down as well.

I stayed at the hotel for one night, and overall, my check-in and check-out experience was smooth. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast. I noticed a few small fruit flies around the salad and fruit, which was quite concerning from a hygiene perspective. Additionally, there were no vegan breakfast options available other than fruit, which was particularly disappointing given that there were flies around the fruit as well. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but I believe the breakfast hygiene and availability of vegan options could be improved.

The hotel is incredible from Reception to Restaurant to Rooms but it's the reaction of the Reception staff & Concierge I want to highlight. The jacuzzi on our balcony wasn't working & the staff couldn't have done enough to make up for this mistake. Geza, the Concierge helped move us to another room & was attentive but also respectful of our possessions. Reception sent up a bottle of wine to our new room & were really apologetic for all the inconvenience. In life and hotels things sometimes go wrong but if it's handled properly then it makes a positive out of a negative. Thanks so much for making our stay so incredible.

Very well designed room, very good location, just a few minutes walk to everything. Good reception experience. Attention to detail. All the good facilities in the room - well cleaned, well great job restocking the Nespresso. Very pleasing liquid soaps and shampoos, good towels. I didn't really like the passive agressive notice on the bed for extra loyalty points for using less towels - the weather was hot. I didn't like that the welcome message on the TV - had another guest's name, which was very strange. The modern lighting switches seemed good but difficult to use - if you touched lightly it worked, if you touched too hard it didn't. Particularly for the toilet, it was too slow when you needed it most. Sometimes the shower water didn't get hot. I asked for a nice high room thinking it would be quiet, but on the first night, I was trying to rest and there was DJ disco going on in the bar above. Overall it was good.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our stay at Pullman Budapest was simply outstanding. The staff are among the most customer-oriented hotel professionals I have ever encountered. Every single person genuinely goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or at the spectacular rooftop bar, the service was consistently warm, attentive, and highly professional. The food in the restaurant is of an exceptionally high standard, and the cocktails at the breathtaking rooftop terrace are even more impressive. It's the perfect place to spend an evening while enjoying the stunning atmosphere over Budapest. Breakfast deserves a special mention as well: an excellent selection of high-quality food served in a modern, stylish, and trendy setting that makes every morning a pleasure. The hotel also offers excellent parking facilities, which is a real advantage in the city centre. Speaking of location, it simply couldn't be better. You're right in the heart of Budapest, within walking distance of everything, yet the hotel is situated in a surprisingly quiet neighbourhood, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Without any doubt, this is my favourite hotel in Hungary. A special thank you to Roland at the front desk, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication made our stay even more memorable. We will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. What impressed me the most was the exceptional level of cleanliness. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day, keeping my room spotless and beautifully prepared. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and reach all the main attractions. The reception team was equally impressive. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every visit to the reception desk was a pleasure, and the front office staff were always happy to assist with a smile. A special thank you to Roland, whose kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
