This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service provided by the reception team. Every visit to the reception desk was a pleasure, and the front office staff were consistently welcoming, efficient, and genuinely interested in making my stay as comfortable as possible. The guest services team was always approachable and happy to assist, no matter the request. A special thank you to Roland, whose professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. I’d also like to recognize Rita in the restaurant for her friendly service and warm personality—she made every breakfast feel special. Finally, my room was impeccably clean throughout my stay, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.
