my luggage was lost at the airport (inbound). when arriving late that night, the person at the reception helped me out a lot, with a t-shirt and a tooth brush.

Poorly maintained rooms, bad housekeeping and guests partying late into the morning.

The room wasn't prepared when we arrived with the balcony furniture all still under storage covers, towel rail was broken, tv speaker wasn't connected with wires and the speaker dangling free and not working. Asking at reception at least got the towel rail partially fixed, the other side of it then fell off and the covers removed from the furniture but the tv and speaker still weren't fixed. Then on our second night there was a loud party in the next room that kept us awake so long we had to move rooms. Overall wildly disappointing.

Great Hotel in a really good location - staff were professional and friendly - rooms nicely laid out and interesting decor. Would recommend having the breakfast - pretty good value and a good selection.
