The hotel itself was very convenient, well located. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff at the restaurant & for breakfast were highly involved, professional and helpful. However, I had several incidents during the check-out, where the reception tried to make me pay the room (already fully paid) and some money has been retrieved from my caution for a "mini-bar consumption" with no more details (and I did not took anything from the minibar). I sent an email to the reception and I still have no news. I would like you to take this incident seriously and support me, at least by opening the discussion which is fully closed. I have been traveling with Accor for long, and I did not have any problem until now. I understand this is a one-time mistake, however please, I count on you at least to show some consideration for this topic.

Everything is overall pretty good. I tried toggling the air conditioning but the fan was either super weak or it didn’t seem to work. It was fixed the first night but I gave up asking the second night. Thankfully the temperature was quite mild so it wasn’t too much of an issue but if it was hot, it would have certainly been an issue. It wouldn’t have been an issue if I could open the window

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but what made this one stand out was the people. Facilities and rooms are important, of course, but it is the human touch that guests remember long after they leave. From the very beginning, the reception team created a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at ease. The front desk was not just a place to collect a room key—it felt like the heart of the hotel. Every time we walked through the lobby, the receptionists acknowledged us with a smile and were genuinely interested in making sure everything was going well. One evening we needed some assistance, and the guest services staff handled our request quickly and professionally. What impressed me most was that nothing ever felt like a burden to them. The front office employees were patient, approachable, and consistently attentive, no matter how busy the hotel seemed to be. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, maintaining a high standard every day without being intrusive. It was always a pleasure returning to a perfectly prepared room after spending time exploring the area. The restaurant also deserves recognition. The staff were great, the promotional photographs you had were misleading. The room was small, dark and no outlook. The window was much smaller than shown. No room for bags , lighting system too complicated.
