There was no storage for clothes. The “closet” is flat and can only hold 2 shirts. There was no dresser and no room for our suitcases. Every time you want to change the only option was to put suitcases on the bed and open them. On top of this, the rooms are very dark with no overhead lights in the main room. This combination makes it very uncomfortable to navigate the room and prepare for your day in the city. The staff in the dining room were also very rude when we asked for things like a glass of water or a coffee. The location is good, but I would not stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights in December. The whole check in experience was pretty impersonal and service overall below what I would expect for a Pullman. We weren't explained fitness center, how mini-bar worked, etc. Rooftop bar is no longer open and now used exclusively as an event space.
