I rarely write negative reviews, but this was a major disappointment. We booked through the official Accor website, trusting the “family-friendly” positioning of the hotel. We were traveling with three young children (aged 2, 4, and 6), so thoughtful accommodation is not a luxury for us — it’s a basic expectation. The system offered us two suites, which we assumed would be either connected or at least located next to each other. This is fairly standard practice in family-oriented hotels. Instead, upon arrival, we were informed that the two suites were not only separate, but on entirely different floors. At that point, one has to ask: how exactly is a family with three small children supposed to manage this? To make matters worse, the receptionist confirmed that we would have easily fit into a single two-room suite. Yet despite this, we were still expected to pay for both suites. This is not a question of comfort — this is a question of basic logic and genuine hospitality. Labeling a hotel as “family-friendly” comes with responsibility. In this case, it felt more like a marketing phrase than a real commitment. Very disappointing experience.

I had a fantastic stay. The loft suite was especially impressive - stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. The reception team were warm and welcoming throughout, making the experience even better. Breakfast and the restaurant was also a highlight, with a great selection and high quality. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city within walking distance to all areas - river / castle / parliament / shops and the baths. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
