Please note that city taxes are determined based on the daily room rates and the local currency exchange rates at the time of your stay. These charges are standard practice and mandated by local regulations. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated during the booking process or at check-in. Regarding the deposit, it is counted as per rooms, not person. We are also sorry to hear about the maintenance issues and the lack of response when you requested assistance.
