Very good location, close to tram and metro. 20 minute walk maximum to the attractions. Friendly staff very welcoming. Room was clean and tidy. Overall was a brilliant stay and would definitely come back.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. From the first moment to the last, I was completely satisfied with everything. At check-in, the lady at the reception (if I remember correctly, her name was Blanca) was very helpful and informative. Later, I also received many useful tips about the city from Roland. The breakfast offers a wide selection and everything was very delicious. I would especially like to mention Adele, who brings a lovely and positive energy to the breakfast team. The bar was also very cozy and had a great atmosphere. Overall, I left with a very positive experience!
