Finally a hotel recognizing Platinum members with proper welcoming package of bottle of wine,platter and goodies to suit! Must travelers from Australia simply want the same small niceties of home, even a few bottles of STILL water!😆 Thanks guys! Relaxing as soon as you walk in the door! Staff very helpful. The relaxing set out of the foyer leading you into the bar and then restaurant makes you feel at home. The staff always willing to help with your needs. The king deluxe upgrade room is large and well appointed with separate shower(rain), WC and basin. Keypad lighting and whisper quiet aircon allows you to have a relaxing ☺️ slumber.

During my stay, all of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever I encountered any issues, they always supported me and were quick to assist. First of all, I would like to extend my thanks to Manager Peter and the reception team, as well as everyone else. This is definitely a hotel I will recommend to my friends who plan to visit Budapest. The location is very central and within walking distance of almost everything. The breakfast and cleanliness were especially excellent.
