Nicely located on the opposite side of parliament and close to the metro station. Good breakfast, comfortable and clean bed. However, the room size is small, no free water (only welcome bottle), weak air-conditioning, which was completely turned off last day with the explanation that tomorrow will be cold temperature, although inside temperature was +27 afternoon.
