The room had a weird smells ,like not cleaned regularly, everything old inside,it was extremely cold and reception didnt provide heat as it was not the season,besides that fact that it was freezing.Breakfast had OK choices nothing special for the prices,overall wouldnt book again

it is a nice hotel with a great location, but pretty limited. I found the room pretty dirty when arrived, i had issues using the sauna and few issues during Breakfast (no gluten-free bread, some dirtiness, etc)

The room was good and cleaning level too. I think that in a 4 stars hotel even the room service like the bar should be there like some beverage or snacks not forcing every time the guest to call or to go at the bar to buy something.

First night given a room with a smell like a dead rat (room 720), refused to move room even though rooms available. Did move room next day, on third day the cleaner tried to air out room and stank out the whole floor. Breakfast average at best. Dining in restaurant kids meal food was awful, desert was ok, drinks were ok. Housekeeping staff were nice, but missed areas of rooms and toilet not clean under seat.

The hotel is very outdated , rooms and corridor have musty odor the bathroom is pathetic the sink does not drain the shower would hardly have an water flow and the breakfast staff are very rude and the food is very mediocre

I forgot my insulin pens at the hotel and one day later they could not find them so I had to cancel the transportation solution I arranged. You cannot just buy it from the pharmacy, so it was very crucial to get it back.

Overall staff were lovely and welcoming, The hotel itself though is outdated and there were broken window handles in the room. TV needs to be replaced and larger and options for international streaming should be provided. Hotel really needs a completed update and refurb to bring it up to the level of other hotels under the ACCOR group

Hotel is perfectly situated next to the Danube, right across from the Parliament. There's a metro/bus/tram station 200m away along with convenience stores. But it's also quiet as it's away from the busy city center across the river. Room was clean, large and comfortable. Staff was exceptional in manners and service. All in all another Novotel 5 star experience.
