The receptionist was very helpful. He gave us a ground floor room near the exit as we have a large dog. The room was bright and cheerful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable..

A charming guy at reception, we had checked in online (easy and efficient). He directed us to our room. It was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a supply of instant hot water.

Good location and good value for money

Rooms are very nice. Problem was trying to check in. The outside machine wouldn’t accept 3 credit cards - very frustrating! We had to stand outside and wait until someone arrived to check us in, the cards worked inside. Please make sure machines are working if staff cannot be in attendance.

Great location near the motorway exit but only 20 minutes walk in to the centre. No motorway noise. Very clean, generous rooms for an ibis budget. Will always choose to stay here if in the area. Well done ibis.

The mattress was too thin and in poor condition. We slept very badly

Spotlessly clean, great overnight stop.

What a great find. We used this hotel as an overnight stop to the South of France. Due to being a shielder in the UK (covid vulnerable) I was worried about hygiene etc, took my antibacterial wipes and I can honestly say the room was clean from top to bottom. The room was a great size for our family of two young children. We loved that next door was a patisserie for our morning bread. One minute drive their was a Geant Casino to stock up on food for the continued journey. We'll definitely be booking on the journey back home. Thanks again to Ibis!

Ideal overnight stop

After a long day of driving , all we wanted was a comfortable bed and clean room at a reasonable price. This Ibis fulfilled all of our needs for comfort with the added bonus of nearby shops and restaurant. Will stay here again.

Prices have gone up, unfortunately. For this level of service, we would expect cheaper prices. Cups and soap were missing in the room. We understood they have to be asked for. Should be mentioned at the welcome desk.

Nous vous remercions également de votre fidélité à notre établissement, toutefois je dois vous contredire concernant le fait que les prix, ont malheureusement "augmentés". Ils sont les mêmes que l'année dernière à la même période, et j'ai voulu qu'ils soient identiques malgré la situation compliquée que nous traversons. Ces différences de tarifs peuvent s'expliquer de différents façons: hôtel déjà presque complet lorsque vous avez réservé; était-ce la semaine, le week end? aviez vous parfois des tarifs avantageux sur internet qui n'étaient plus disponibles? Never stay here!

Despite my having closed the fire door between kitchen and bedrooms having stayed here a week before and discovered it is staff practice to prop it open, it was propped open again during the night so a) risking everyone's lives and b) allowing sound from breakfast to permeate the bedrooms. Then cleaner decided the 'do not disturb' sign was optional so knocked on the door. Well-placed hotel disastrously run.

Dear Guest, I'm really surprised by your feedback and really don't understand what you are talking about. First, I confirm to you that our etablishment (as every accorhotels etablishment) is controlled every month. Moreover, we had the visit of the security commission last year, which we obtain with success. The door, between the kitchen and the corridor, is a magnitized fire-cutting door, which closed automatically when the fire alarm runs. I just think that unfortunately, you don't really know what you're talking about, and very sad that you spread such false accusation about the security of the hotel, which is in fact very good. This was a very good little hotel. Although it is on an industrial estate it wasn't noisy. The receptionist phoned the Ibis Hotel and booked us in for a meal which was very good and in pleasant surroundins
