The staff were nice and accepted our missing bag from the courier. Really disappointed that the welcome drink did not include wine. Cleaning staff was lovely.

We stay in Ibis Styles in Troyes regularly so tried Ibis Styles Beaune Centre for a change. It felt much more basic in decor but location was fantastic. Breakfast was good & staff friendly. It was much more expensive than Troyes though so not sure we'll stay here en route to the Alps again.
