The bed did not sleep well, the breakfast was very limited in choice and the bathroom was not very clean. There were hairs on the walls and floor from the previous tenant.

Regarding the bed, our rooms are equipped with ibis 3-star quality bedding, designed to offer comfort to most of our guests. We understand, however, that comfort can be a very personal feeling. As for breakfast, our approach is a bit different: we focus on fresh, local and seasonal products 🌿 You may not find all the usual items, but with an open mind, many guests enjoy discovering a different kind of variety. We are truly sorry about the cleanliness issue you experienced in the bathroom. This clearly does not reflect our usual standards and remains an exception. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. Please don’t hesitate to inform our reception team during your stay — we are always happy to react quickly and make things right for you.
