Food was home cooked, locally sourced and hotel environmentally aware. Excellent friendly and kind staff. All good but plastic mattress cover felt like sleeping in a plastic bag - change it hotel you can buy better protection . Weather awful and unfortunately dinning room was cold and felt lacking in atmosphere, summer would be lovely in the garden with all the play stuff . Bedding would stop me returning
